The Evergreen is the newest condo development in Ketchum and is near River Run. You are blocks from the River Run Day Lodge, bike path and at the base of Bald Mountain. The condo is perfect for a couple or couple and child that loves outdoor activities. You can take your mountain bike up the many trails or ride on the 48 mile paved walking/biking path that follows the Big Wood River.

This is a brand new luxury condo, finished construction in 2007. It has all the upgrades of a Wolf Range, Sub zero appliances, granite counter tops and Brazilian cherry wood floor. In unit washer and dryer. All the furnishings are brand new. This unit is on the second level and has beautiful sunny south views.

You can walk to River Run for a day of skiing.

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has a new comfortable queen bed. There are two full closets and a beautiful master bath.

The den has a sofa bed, plasma TV and closet nearby. There is a full second bathroom with shower and an extra coatcloset.

    • My husband and I just enjoyed a week staying at this condo - it is perfect for a couple. The unit is spacious, the furnishings are attractive and comfortable, the kitchen a gourmet's dream, and the two bathrooms very luxurious. It was also spotlessy clean. We especially enjoyed watching DVDs on the the large flat screen TV every night. The location is perfect - quiet, yet a short stroll to shops and restaurants. The underground parking was a nice feature - even though it is summer, the sun is intense so it was nice to have a cool place to park the rental car. And we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing after a hard day of mountain biking. We highly recommend this condo. rec
