Side A of Duplex/Living Room - Marathon, FL - Florida Waterfront Property Rental Excellent location!! Mile Marker 53 on the bay side! Fish on the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean or scuba dive and snorkel the renowned reefs within minutes. A 70 foot dock is located right on the back yard. Bring your boat or just rent one for that water sport of your preference. Our duplex is beautifully furnished in a Keys Motif Decor. The duplex has recently been remodeled. Each side has two bedrooms. Side B has one queen-size bed, two twin-size beds, and one sofa sleeper. Side A has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and one sofa sleeper. Each side has a screened furnished terrace. Located downstairs is a utility room on each side with washer and dryer for your convenience and room for your fishing gear.
