New to VRBO Luxury Condo at a great price. This condo is located at Kuilima Estates West on the grounds of Turtle Bay Resort a 880 acre tropical paradise.Kuilima Estates is a gated community located on the North Shore of Oahu, commonly called the country and known for its laid back life style, pristine beaches, quirky shops and many fun places to enjoy a great meal.The Estates is surrounded by two championship golf courses. Some of the amenities available to guests include three swimming pools with a close radius to the apartment, each of which includes a barbeque area and gazebo. There are also tennis courts and facilities to host small gatherings.A short walk and you are at the Turtle Bay Hotel which has many fine restaurants, a great pool bar and magnificent beaches. There are many activities on the property that can be booked at the Hotel concierge desk, such as horse riding, surf lessons and helicopter rides. Golf can be booked at the golf pro shop which is also home to Lei Lei’s restaurant a favorite of locals.
The condo itself is one bedroom one bath that has been extended to make the interior more spacious. The decor is tropical so you will feel right at home in Hawaii. The condo is fully furnished and has been completely remodeled with no expense spared. The living room has HDTV, DVD, WIFI and fold out couch for guests.The kitchen if fully equipped with top of the line appliances, granite counters, as well as quality utensils for those that like to cook. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub to relax in after a day swimming.The bedroom also has a television and DVD.To keep you cool on those hot days the condo is both fan cooled and air-conditioned.All you need is here. just bring your suit cases.

The listing description and photos are true to the condo. The location was perfect for North Shore seekers! Turtle Bay Resort is just a 5-10 minute walk away where you can find many activities to do, restaurants to eat at, or beaches to enjoy! The "beach extras" (towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs) provided at the condo were a nice perk - and certainly came in handy. Although we had a bit of an ant issue in the house, we were able to find RAID under the sink and nip it in the butt! Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances in the kitchen made it very easy to feel at home. The day we arrived there was a mix-up with the previous guests having not checked out yet. The condo owner was very understanding of the situation and position it put us in and she quickly did all she could to make it right. I'd definitely recommend this condo to a friend, relative, or stranger. Should we visit Oahu again, we wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again!! The owner is very friendly, understanding, and easy to work with.

This was such a great, family friendly condo! It was easy to find and it had everything needed to feel right at home. The pictures listed are spot on...The condo is upgraded, very clean, and excellently maintained. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and towels were abundant. The kitchen appliances and equipment were in excellent as well as the washer and dryer. There were extras to use like beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and an umbrella. This was our first time in Hawaii and we came back with some great memories and we are looking to return to this condo in the near future! I would definitely recommend this condo! The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the condo and were very easy to work with....THANK YOU!

My husband, my son (3 years old) and I loved the week we spent in this beautiful condo! The condo is very large, clean, well equipped and the neighborhood is great and save. My son loved the pool, which is right near the condo. When we arrived, the son of the owner of the condo was waiting for us. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! We can not wait for our return! Mahalo!!!

The apartment was fabulous, exactly as described, incredibly huge one bedroom space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary stuff, including a juicer and spice rack! I travelled with my 2 yr old daughter so we needed to be by the pool which was great. Location is perfect if you want peace and quiet vs busy Wakiki area. My daughter had a great time hanging out by the pool and going to the beach to see the turtles. Although we were not allowed to use the amnenities at the resort, we were able to enjoy great meals at the numerous restaurants there, especially the beach front restaurant that had a kid's menu.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Having travelled extensively, we can honestly say your condo is the most thoughtfully well equiped codo my wife and I have come accross in our travels. Your furnishings, colourful & Hawaiian decor & most importantly the cleanliness of your confo are second to none. As your patio backs onto the golf course, we found this to be a quiet place to have a glass of wine in the evening. As a big, big bonous we found the Turtle Bay resort facilities to be truely world class. Your location is excellent, only a short drive to the world famous Polynesian Culture Centre & north shore beaches, gardens, resturants etc.WoW All in all Helen we found you to be professional, honest & straight forward. Helen, Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your beautiful condo allowed me, my husband, my two kids and a friend of my kids to enjoy beautiful North Shore in extreme comfort. The condo was was nicer and better than pictures and description on the web site, exceeded my expectations: clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with anything you could possibly need and lots more that you can even imagine that you will find at a rental vacation. For us the North Shore was the perfect location. The surroundings were very private and quiet. There are so many things to do and see, beaches were very close, loved eating shrimps at Hale'iwa. Our favorite places were Waimea Falls, Haleiwa, Kaneohe (visited HPU)and Waikiki (beautiful beach)We had lots of adventures all over the island, but it was so nice to just sit by the pool and relax. Renee was friendly and available, our neighbor (we didn't ask his name) was a beautiful and friendly person (said he was going to see you in Bali). A great place for a family. Thank you again for your hospitality and letting us use and enjoy your beautiful condo home. We will highly recommend it to friends and family! We'll be back.
