Here at the condo, you can see the lake glistening with gentle ripples from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The living room is set up for conversation or for viewing the flat screen TV and listening to music.
The kitchen is equipped for people who love to cook and/or entertain. The adjacent dining room is elegant and comfortable. The eat-in kitchen has black granite counter tops, walk-in pantry, center island and an additional overhung countertop with 3 bar chairs. The lanai has seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals alfresco.
Miromar is midway between the Miromar Outlets and the Gulf Coast Town Center. Each 5 minutes away. It is 10 minutes away from Germain Arena.
2160 sq ft under air, 2 car garage, a total of 2806 sq ft. Additional off road parking is immediately outside the condo. San Marino is on the Golf Course side of Miromar.
There is an interior storage area and large laundry room. Wireless Internet, desk, flat screen TV + sound system are included.
Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club is a gated community with 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes and three miles of private white sandy beach.
There are many affordable Championship and Executive golf courses nearby. There are 7 Tennis Har-tru courts one of which is a exhibition court. Full time Tennis Pro is on staff. There is a personal trainer available and wonderful massages at the spa.
Two national seaside parks are available if you want to be by the ocean. Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach are each about 20 minutes away as is Fort Myers Beach with many attractions including deep sea fishing.

- We are near 2 national park beaches - Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key, White sandy beaches run up and down the coast from Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Naples and Sanibel. The Nature Conservancy has a 2-mile boardwalk through the Corkscrew Bird Sanctuary. We are 20 min from Naples with over 100 art galleries, the local movie house shows 16 popular films + 10 min away in Bonita there is an independent film theater, Sarasota is 1.25 hours away with the Mott Aquarium where you can see dolphins in recovery at the Mott Mammal Hospital, Botanical Gardens and the Ringling Museum as well as more art, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy fine music and cultural events at the Philharmonic + Barbara Mann Theater. There is the Edison and Ford Museum in Ft. Myers.

Karl and I moved to Miromar in 2003 and feel so grateful that we live in a community of incredibly friendly people. Miromar is like living at a 5 star resort year round. We sometimes have to pinch ourself and say - "Can you believe we LIVE here."
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It is wonderful to go for long walks in Miromar on the 2 mile beach that winds around the lake or walk on the roads studying the beautiful homes and interesting landscapes or sit at the cabanas and watch the sun come up drinking your coffee. There are usually large water fowl that are amazing and an occasional eagle if you are lucky. One of Peg’s greatest pleasures is to swim laps in the large pool and then sit in the hot tub and look out at the lake. It is especially wonderful when we can fit in a massage. Guests love to sit out on the lanai at night and look at the lighted fountain in the middle of the lake. We are 5 minutes away from two of the finest shopping centers – Miromar Outlets and Gulf Town Center. There are easily over 30 restaurants and two major supermarkets within 5 minutes.

Owner's Map of Miromar Lakes
Karl and I were married in 2007 about the time we purchased the Miromar condo. We live 5 minutes away from the rental. He is a retired master butcher from Germany and I am still working as nurse, Teleheath Consultant for an international company. This is our first experience at being Inn Keepers and we are loving it. It is important to us that you find the condo in pristine condition, that everything works and that you are wowed. Since Peg travels for business, Karl is always available if guests have any issues or if something needs to be fixed.

My husband and I chose this place because it had excellent reviews. Well, the reviews were all correct. The place was outstanding! We loved the location (you have lots of good restaurants around), the amenities, and the condo itself. It was nicely decorated with all you need to enjoy your five star vacation. The kitchen was fully furnished, which was a big plus for us as we were traveling with kids. We loved that everything was super clean upon our arrival. Checking in and out was extremely easy; Karl and Peg made it really easy for us. We also loved the club house, which has a super spa. The pool was really nice and our daughter loved it. We'll definitively stay there again. Thank you Karl and Peg for the wonderful stay!

This time we where the 4th time at San Marino, and it was just great. The Apartement was wonderful clean, komfortable, quiert, and all you need, for relxing on your vacation. The pool arera is still amazing, just the way we did know it years before. Wonderful, to go shopping at MIROMAR OUTLETT`S just around the corner. Food sghopping is also only 1,3 Miles away. We will go again some day, becouse we know the place and the aerea. Peggy and Karl are very helpful in all the things you want to know. We love them, and the Miromal Lake a lot. What a wonderful condo. Very well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The pool's and work out facilities are excellent. It is in a great location that offers easy access to shopping, entertaining and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our 3 month stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo this past May! Wonderful amenities include several pools with spas, steam room, sauna, grills etc. The condo is very neat and clean, very spacious, and Peg and Karl have taken care of every little detail for a relaxing, comfortable vacation! The rental cost was reasonable, too - and that we greatly appreciated. Also, the community is 5 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport! We cannot wait to go back at the next opportunity we get!

We absolutely loved our stay at Peg and Karl's place in San Marino in Miromar Lakes community! The vacation home is definitely reminiscent of a home away from home, only with a much better view. It was absolutely stunning and very spacious, clean and comfortable. Karl and Peg have thought of every little detail to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The amenities at the community are truly impressive and could definitely compete with most five star resorts. We truly cannot wait to go back and stay at this beautiful place!!!

The owners were most helpful in getting our family oriented to the property and the amenities. We have rented many properties over the years and this one was the most well-equipped property - it was clean, well maintained, and had everything you would need for your vacation. The community's amenities were great and there was plenty to do. Great location by the airport, shopping, and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again!

Welcomed by owners, Peg & Karl. Very informative,friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious, spotless and secluded, surrounded by beautifully landscaped and manicured drives. All mod. cons. and furnishings provided - 100 %. Had full access to the beach club, pool, fitness facility etc. Staff very friendly. This is a place to "chill out", enjoy and pamper yourself in a luxurious, safe and homely haven. Great value for money, given the location, size, standard of accomadation, and the value of the Euro v the Dollar. For us, it was a stress free, sunshine and refreshing holiday.

Wonderful experience had by all. The condo was even nicer than the pictures as well as clean and had everything we needed. The owners were accomodating and helpful. Miromar is a beautiful place all around with an upscale resort atmosphere. We hope to return in the future.
