This time we where the 4th time at San Marino, and it was just great. The Apartement was wonderful clean, komfortable, quiert, and all you need, for relxing on your vacation. The pool arera is still amazing, just the way we did know it years before. Wonderful, to go shopping at MIROMAR OUTLETT`S just around the corner. Food sghopping is also only 1,3 Miles away. We will go again some day, becouse we know the place and the aerea. Peggy and Karl are very helpful in all the things you want to know. We love them, and the Miromal Lake a lot. My husband and I chose this place because it had excellent reviews. Well, the reviews were all correct. The place was outstanding! We loved the location (you have lots of good restaurants around), the amenities, and the condo itself. It was nicely decorated with all you need to enjoy your five star vacation. The kitchen was fully furnished, which was a big plus for us as we were traveling with kids. We loved that everything was super clean upon our arrival.  Checking in and out was extremely easy; Karl and Peg made it really easy for us. We also loved the club house, which has a super spa. The pool was really nice and our daughter loved it. We'll definitively stay there again. Thank you Karl and Peg for the wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo this past May! Wonderful amenities include several pools with spas, steam room, sauna, grills etc. The condo is very neat and clean, very spacious, and Peg and Karl have taken care of every little detail for a relaxing, comfortable vacation! The rental cost was reasonable, too - and that we greatly appreciated. Also, the community is 5 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport! We cannot wait to go back at the next opportunity we get!

We absolutely loved our stay at Peg and Karl's place in San Marino in Miromar Lakes community! The vacation home is definitely reminiscent of a home away from home, only with a much better view. It was absolutely stunning and very spacious, clean and comfortable. Karl and Peg have thought of every little detail to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The amenities at the community are truly impressive and could definitely compete with most five star resorts. We truly cannot wait to go back and stay at this beautiful place!!!

What a wonderful condo. Very well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The pool's and work out facilities are excellent. It is in a great location that offers easy access to shopping, entertaining and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our 3 month stay.

The owners were most helpful in getting our family oriented to the property and the amenities. We have rented many properties over the years and this one was the most well-equipped property - it was clean, well maintained, and had everything you would need for your vacation. The community's amenities were great and there was plenty to do. Great location by the airport, shopping, and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again!

The condo was exceptionally clean, linens (everything) was top rated. I felt nothing was done cheaply. To us, it felt like home, away from home I don't think you can get much better than that. What I thought was great was the welcome - wine, cheese, crackers, milk, coffee. That was a first for us and a pleasant surprise. It was great, that what was advertised, was just like it was.

Wonderful experience had by all. The condo was even nicer than the pictures as well as clean and had everything we needed. The owners were accomodating and helpful. Miromar is a beautiful place all around with an upscale resort atmosphere. We hope to return in the future.

Paradise, peaceful, picturesque, well located, just perfect is how we would describe our stay at the condo at San Marino Miromar Lakes. It offers much much more than the comforts of home. It is extremely spacious, spotless and new. Nothing was spared in this condo, from the furnishings, appliances, gadgets, to the linens, to mention a few. What can we say about the owners Karl and Peg? Well we can't say enough nice things about them both. They are both detailed individuals. Extremely kind and caring. They make you feel so welcomed. They made the entire rental process, from start to finish, so delightful, professional, everything first class. We definitely plan on returning. We rate this condo and experience far more superior than any 5 star/diamond award facility. We wish Karl and Peg continued success with their rental property. What you do, you do so well. Unser Urlaub im Condo von Peggy und Karl-Heinz war nach vielen Jahren der Schönste Urlaub überhaupt!!!Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, was uns nicht schwer fiel. Das Condo hat 3 Schlafimmer mit jeweils einem tollen Badezimmer. Wohnzimmer und KÜche sind einfach SUPER. Groß, gräumig und sehr sauber.Man kann kochen, backen, und geniessen. Am Hauseingang ist eine verschlossene Garage für zwei PKW`s. Die Garage ist per Microchip von innen und außen zu öffnen, genauso wie die eigentliche Zufahrt zum San Marino condo. ( Wohnung)San Marino ist ein mehr als 5 Sterne Hotel. Bequem, super ruhig, so angenehm sauber wie die eigene Wohnung. Es fällt schwer, die richtigen Worte zu finden. Mit dem Wort "SUPER-ANLAGE") ist alles gesagt. Das gilt genau so wie die frei zu nutzende Pool and Fitness Anlage des Miromar Lakes. Die hochklassige Anlage am Miromar Lake`s, mit Süsswasserpool, Hot Pott, Pool Bars, Restaurants und vieles mehr, unter Palmen gelegen, ist ein Erlebnis. Nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, und bequem und schnell zu erreichen. Ebenso die gün stigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Outlet Center und Restaurants.Karl und Peggy sind immer in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen und sie sind über Gebühr hilfsbereit und feundlich.Wir können also nur das "Allerbeste" berichten. Die gasamte Anlage ist "SPITZE", und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.Für eventuelle Auskünfte stehen wir hier in Deutschlandunter der angegebenen Telefon oder Internet Adresse gerne zur Verfügung. Wir waren in der Zeit vom 1.8.2009 bis 31.8.2009 Gäste im Appartement von Peggy und Karl Aulbach, im San Marino, Florida.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist "Erstklassig" und noch nicht einmal mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu vergleichen.Sie ist auf allerhöchstem Niveau. Alle Räume sind Super eingerichtet. Sehr bequem und vor allem Super sauber!!!!! Die Küche ist geräumig und außerordentlich praktisch. Es fehlt an nichts.Besonders auch die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die nahe gelegene Moromar Lake Pool und Sport Anlage, mit Restaurant, Poolbar, Wassersport, Beauty Spa und noch vieles mehr ist in 5 Minuten zu ereichen. Liegen, Handtücher, etc. sind im Mietpreis einbegriffen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und ständige Hilfsbereitschaft bei Dingen des täglichen Bedarfes. Karl spricht deutsch, und Peggy englisch. Es ist einfach super und wir werden mit Sicherhait im nächsten Mai wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Wir finden dort Ruhe und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau.Also können wir das "SAN MARINO" Appartment, mit 3 Schlafräumen, drei dazu gehörenden Bädern, eine große Küche, ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer, Balkon und einer Garage für 2 Autos bestens weiterempfehlen.Wir wünschen Karl und Peggy weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Welcomed by owners, Peg & Karl. Very informative,friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious, spotless and secluded, surrounded by beautifully landscaped and manicured drives. All mod. cons. and furnishings provided - 100 %. Had full access to the beach club, pool, fitness facility etc. Staff very friendly. This is a place to "chill out", enjoy and pamper yourself in a luxurious, safe and homely haven. Great value for money, given the location, size, standard of accomadation, and the value of the Euro v the Dollar. For us, it was a stress free, sunshine and refreshing holiday.

Wonderful experience. Miromar is all they advertise. The condo was excellent. owners were accomodating, friendly,flexible, and helpful. We can't say enough wonderful things about this resort and the owners. From booking the trip right down to checking out, they were honestly the most welcoming people that we have ever dealt with. They truly made us feel like their home was ours, for that week. The house itself was very spacious, well decorated, extremely clean, we felt very much at home there. As for the resort amenities, our family felt like we were at a 5 star tropical resort. You would never need to leave the resort to find something fun to do!!! It's definitely a vacation like no other. Our family is already considering our next trip down!!!

Our experience was extremely positive is so many ways. The owners were easy to deal with, accomodating, and flexible. This is a wonderful spacious coach-home, fully eguipped, with lovely back view overlooking a small pond with a fountain. Miromar itself is all they say it is, friendly people and staff, wonderful beach-club and pool and lake, fitness facility which we used most days is perfect. There is not question that we would return to this place. Food is terrific.
