This spacious 10th floor non-smoking suite is right on the Gulf of Mexico with a spectacular panoramic view of the Emerald Green waters from one of the largest balconies on the coast. You will not believe the size of this balcony!
Featuring master bedroom and living area oceanfront, 9' ceilings, crown molding, custom cabinetry, granite in kitchen and both baths are very spacious. The master has a King bed with private bath and the guest room a Queen bed with a full bath as well. A Queen sleeper sofa is in the living room if needed. Bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players, while the living room has a 32" TV, DVD/VCR and stereo. All linens are included and also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Gas grills are provided poolside for the outdoor chef and family. The kitchen has everything needed if you desire to cook a meal and if not a great selection of restaurants are in close proximity. You can walk across the street for fine dining at Pompanos or stroll the sugar sands just down the beach to the famous Pineapple Willy's and enjoy their casual dining pier on the gulf or eat inside with a gulfview.
Visit the workout room and finish with the steam room or sauna, as all are included with your stay at Twin Palms. Enjoy the indoor Roman Spa or swim the Olympic length pool, located beachfront, providing the most desirable view while lounging on the pool deck. After a day at the pool or beach enjoy a spectacular sunset and later fall asleep to the calming sounds of the gulf. Free parking garage is under the building, no crossover from the other side of the street to deal with. Rent from the owner and go right to your condo, you don't need to check-in at the front desk!

22 years ago we went on vacation with friends to Panama City Beach and fell in love with the sugar sands and emerald waters. On the next trip we bought our first condo there and have spent every vacation day since at the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches". As soon as we get home, we start looking forward to the next trip. It's a short 800 mile drive from Cincinnati to paradise!

Our family of five had a wonderful time at this condo. It was everything the photos depicted and more. The unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious with modern decor. The ocean view from the extra large balcony and the majority of the condo was outstanding. We would highly recommend this property, and we certainly hope to come back. The owner was prompt and friendly in answering all of our questions.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This Condo was Excelent.... Very good location, Quiet property, Clean and comfortable furniture. It had all that you could need for a comfortable stay. The utility closet had beach chairs and umbrellas that we took over to Shell Island and that made our day out more relaxing and save us some money. Plan to use the same unit next visit to Panama City Beach. The owners are super nice people and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

This listing was described by the listing and photos very accurately. Upon arrival my first impression was how clean the condo was! I did have several questions for the owner, and she was always ready to help me in any way! I plan on recommending this property to both my friends and family for future vacations! The sunsets were "amazing" from the large balcony! We enjoyed Tootsies at Pier Park and Sharkeys and just had lots of fun!

We loved our stay at 1004 and found it beyond expectations. Close to restaurants and shopping, everything was so convenient to Twin Palms. The unit was very clean and comfortable, stocked well including beach chairs in the utility room. It was great sitting on the balcony and relaxing. We will come again!

Twin Palms was the best location to be on the beach! We came down Last Summer for World Series 2010 for Travel Softball and had a blast staying at such a well equipped location. This condo had everything you could ask for and more. Our family was very please with having the convince of a washer and dryer on hand made our softball days easy. The luxury of being able to just to walk out on the beach at any time day or night was very relaxing. The week we stayed was not over crowed or anything like some of the other big places located on the beach. No waiting for elevators or anything. Safe parking too. Many places to eat within close walking distance.

I'd love to keep it to myself, but hey that wouldn t be fair of me. But I do feel like I'm at home when I am here. Thanks for letting us call this beautiful, comfortable unit home if but for a short while. CEngland 9/2009 Will be back.!!
