Please come and relax in our beautiful, two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse in Breckenridge. You will love all the special touches which will make your trip more enjoyable. This is a ski-in unit on Four O'clock Road, that is only one short block, less than 5 minute walk, to the Snowflake lift and only two blocks to Main Street in Breckenridge.
Because it is a town home, you have a private garage, which is directly connected to the unit by a door; and you will have no noisy neighbors either above or below you. One can easily ski in to the town home for lunch, down four o'clock run, and then head right back out to the Snowflake lift to ski the rest of the day.
The Non-Smoking town home is large, almost 1300 square feet. The town home has been furnished with all new furniture and appliances that will make you feel like you are at home. In addition, the entire unit has been newly painted and tile has been placed in the kitchen, eating area, bathrooms, and entry ways. The unit has beautiful 6 panel pine doors! It really gives it a homey feel.
The town home has a king bed and private bath in one room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed (full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on the top) with a private bathroom. The town home also has a surprisingly comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the main living area with a half bath. All mattresses are new Simmons mattresses which are extremely comfortable.
Sit back and enjoy the heat and look of our new Valor gas log fireplace without having to listen to your neighbor's feet banging on the ceiling or the conversation next door. Also the town home has new Simmons beds which keeps everyone resting comfortably. This has great sleeping arrangements that will have everyone sleeping in late.
You can cook a gourmet meal with a completely stocked kitchen with updated appliances and then you can feed an army in this large kitchen and eating area. You will absolutely love this place and come back to winterpoint town homes with your loved ones year after year. All returning visitors will receive a 10% discount!

Why the Owner Chose Winterpoint Townhomes
Breckenridge is a small, quaint town and mountain. You can walk to everything here. The only time we get into our car is to arrive, get groceries, and to leave town. There is so much to do both in the winter and summer from sledding to the Jazz Festival to the rugby winter tournament called the St. Valentines Day Massacre rugby tournament. Come visit and you will see why!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
As a town home, the privacy, spaciousness, and quietness is uncomparable to the common condo. No guests above you or below you. It is rare that you will ever hear anyone. You will have a private garage, private laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The sleeping areas are on the top floor and the main living area is down the stairs and out of ear shot from that. If you want to hear the baby, bring the baby monitor. The garage is heated and includes plenty of room for all your skis, snowboards, coats, gloves, and helmets. We are very close to town and the slopes, so the car is obsolete.

Fantastic Winter 2011 stay

We stayed at the townhouse February 2011. We had 3 adults and 4 children staying with us. The house is setup well to handle the crowd. I loved the fact that the kitchen is well equiped. Alot of places advertise a full equiped kitchen, but will only supply a few pots, pans, and few utensils. This property has lots of pots and pans, slow cooker, storage dishes, and lots of dishes. They even have a stocked spice cabinet. We ate breakfast and lunches at the house. The living room is comfortable with a fireplace and loaded with board games. The central location was awesome. We would walk down the hill 3-4 blocks to restaurants. The lift is one block from the house. And you can ski to the house where there is ample storage. If you need to rent equipment, use Charter rental at the base of snowflake lift. They let you leave your equipment overnight. The lift is 1 block from the townhouse. The family also enjoyed swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool and jumping in snow piles then the hot tub! Our family is returning to Breckenridge and will stay at the property again.

This is actually our second stay. Our first was this winter to ski and our second was this summer. We have a family of 6 and were very comfortable here. There is a ton of room. We love the private garage as the kids were still sleeping and we did not have to wake them right away, we just pulled into the private garage connected to the town home. The location is great! You can ski down four o'clock run to the unit and it is only one block to snow flake lift. The short walk to town dumps you square in the middle of Main Street. We will definitely be coming back!

A group of friends and I traveled to the condo from the Front Range and had a great stay in this spacious condo! Upon our arrival we were greeted by a gorgeous fox who stared at us as if we were his friends. The short walk to downtown, to enjoy Oktoberfest, was beautiful with fall flowers abundant in the area. My friends and I will request to stay at this condo again next year. It sleeps many and the tri-level helps with people getting in each others space.

We recently stayed in the town home for spring break 2010 and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is a short walk from 2 lifts as well as ski rentals and downtown. There was plenty of room in the garage to park one car and store gear for our 6 snow boarders and skiers. In the home there was plenty of space for our 2 families of 4 without getting in each other way. The amenities in the kitchen allowed us to cook every meal and because of the short walk we were able to return to the house for lunch. I would recommend this town home for anyone looking for a home away from home while on vacation to Breckenridge.

Loved the townhome, very clean and right next to shopping and slopes. Excellent location. The heated garage was a plus for putting on ski gear and having it dry for the next day! No need to trample boots thru the house, how nice! Love you neighbors too, everyone was friendly- can't wait to stay again!

We recently stayed in this condo and had a great time. We especially liked the accessability to the slopes and to town(a short walk). The condo itself was really clean and spacious and comfortably accomodated 8 adults. It was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. We recently stayed (1-10-03 / 1-12-03) at your condo and thought it was amazing. We were afraid that there would not be enough room and the condo would be your typical, cramped place. The rooms were big - great kitchen and living room. The fireplace worked and was very enjoyable after a hard day on the slopes. The heated garage was a great added bonus and a great place to keep you ski stuff. We enjoyed and look forward to coming back. Tom and Carol
