Fall and Winter are the best times of year in Ft Pierce/Hutchinson Island with warm weather but cooler tempertures making the beach a wonderful place to be!! Welcome to the picturesque island known as Hutchinson Island. This 1,200 SF first floor newly remodeled condo unit is located in "Ocean Village", a beautifully maintained "Ocean Front Resort" on the North end of South Hutchinson Island. A short walk places you on the beach or at the pool making it easy to come and go and the cool breezes are fabulous. The condo's screened in terrace has a view of the 9 hole executive golf course.

Ocean Village creates a wonderful vacation value for all ages with many resort amenities including a beautiful 3,000 foot private beach, olympic size heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna, tiki bar, exercise room, tennis courts, racquet ball, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, and more. An onsite tennis pro offers private tennis lessons and during the summer months-free golf. The poolside Tiki Bar serves sandwiches, burgers, specials and beverages.

Our bright, spacious, clean first floor condo with new tile floors throughout and new bathrooms has been designed for your enjoyment and offers all the comforts of home.

A beach/nautical/cottage theme with blue, cream and yellow colors is throughout the condo. The condo is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and all appliances including a brand new full-size washer and dryer. The screened lanai has a table and chairs and overlooks the golf course.

The master bedroom has a golf course view, a king size bed, and a master bath with a separate vanity area. The second bedroom with a golf course view has a queen size bed with an adjacent bathroom.

There is lots of sightseeing and activities in the Hutchinson Island/Ft. Pierce area. Historic Fort Pierce has excellent restaurants, dockside dining, the Sunrise Theater and water activities. There is also a Saturday morning farmers market(from 8am - 1pm) offering locally grown fruits & vegetables, arts & crafts and live entertainment. The first Friday evening of the month Ft Pierce offers the Friday Fest with live entertainment and food on the river. There are museums featuring local information, historic shipwrecks, artists and wildlife. Water Boat tours/deep sea fishing charters are available and local parks feature nature trails, kayaking opportunities and outdoor exploration.

Within in 1-2 hours of Ft. Pierce is Orlando/Disney World/MGM Studios/ Epcot, Cape Kennedy and the Space Coast, Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach, theater, opera, world class dining and outlet malls (Vero Beach).

Within 2 hours of Ft. Pierce is the Daytona 500 Speedway, Cruise lines and casino cruises.

  • Sitting on the patio enjoying a drink was relaxing with the sun setting over the golf course. The condo was spotless and better than we expected. Thank you...we felt at home during our 3 week stay.

  • What a way to kick back and relax. There was no need to leave Ocean Village but we did anyway to check out downtown Fort Pierce. Found some great resteraunts. The owners even provided a get around town book that made some of our decisions easier. We would definitely rent again.
