Welcome to the picturesque island known as Hutchinson Island. Ft Pierce/Hutchinson Island with beautiful weather makes the golfing and beach a wonderful place.
This first floor remodeled condo unit is located in "Ocean Village", a beautifully maintained "Ocean Front Resort" on the North end of South Hutchinson Island. The condo's screened in terrace sits on the 9 hole executive golf course. A short walk places you on the beach or at the pool making it easy to come and go.
Ocean Village creates a wonderful vacation value for all ages with many resort amenities including a beautiful 3,000 foot private beach, 9 hole executive golf course, full service restaurant, olympic size heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, newly remodeled tiki bar, exercise room, tennis courts, racquet ball, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard and more. An onsite tennis pro offers private tennis lessons. The newly remodeled poolside Tiki Bar serves sandwiches, burgers, specials and beverages.
This bright, spacious renovated first floor condo with tile floors throughout offers all the comforts of home.
The condo is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and all appliances including a washer and dryer. The screened lanai has a table and chairs and overlooks the golf course.
The master bedroom has a golf course view, a king size cushion top bed, and a master bath with a separate vanity area. The second bedroom with a golf course view has a queen size memory foam bed with an adjacent bathroom.
Water activities include fishing, boat tours, fishing charters, and local ocean side parks, nature trails and kayaking.
Other activities in the Hutchinson Island/Ft. Pierce include excellent restaurants, water side dining, the Sunrise Theater, and museums featuring local history, the Navy Seal Museum, artists..
The Saturday morning farmers market on the river in downtown Ft. Pierce providing fresh produce, homemade food, arts & crafts and live entertainment.

Condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The patio was very nice and we enjoyed the perfect weather. Very clean and decor was nice. Owners were very nice and they made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ocean Village is a great place: location, beach, pool, & par 3 golf. In addition, this unit was very clean and well equipped. The owners were great to deal with and were concerned that we have a great vacation.

I believe we could not have asked for a better "Home away from Home" Your place is clean, nicely decorated, spacious and above-all comfortable! The kitchen, bathrooms, and various cupboards are stocked with all the details of a home: tape, scissors, spices, utensils, shampoo, there were even beer mugs chilling in the freezer! We enjoyed the beach/pool&tiki bar - Pete was great! Thanks for sharing with us. We were visiting my som who recently moved to Port St. Lucie. We will definitely be back. Your home is lovely! We appreciated the beautiful, comfortable furniture and decorations, the cleanliness and the thoughtful way you have equipped it. The bathrooms are gorgeous! We enjoyed the beach, sun, pool, and fishing during our stay at the condo. All amenities are available for a relaxing vacation time. Beach and the pool are conveniently a short distance from the condo. Condo is in the first floor and that made moving in and out of it very easy. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful ground floor condo with tile floors, golf view and easy access to a variety of activities: pool, golf, walking the beach, fishing, grilling and overall relaxation within the gated community. We shared our stay with in-laws and loved the floor plan with bedrooms on opposing sides of the living area and a bath for each. Photos and description were accurate and we were very pleased with our stay. We have been to Ocean Village several times and always enjoyed ourselves. Local fishing was good. We caught our own Pompano - excellent eating! For a change of pace, venturing to the Everglades for an airboat ride at Gator Park was worth the 3 hour drive. We were not in town for Spring Training this time but have seen some good baseball both at the college and major league levels. Several ballparks are close, and even Ft Myers is only a few hours away for Twins fans, if you want to drive due West around Lake Okeechobee. Palm Beach International Raceway was also less than an hour away, and we also took in some drag racing. Tons of fun, great accommodations and we got really lucky with close to perfect weather. We would do it again!

Our stay over the 4th of July weekend was a perfect getaway! The beach and pool were very relaxing. The boys caught a lot while fishing and golfed until the sun went down! The area was not very "touristy" and the locals are very welcoming and friendly. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend visiting for a relaxing getaway on a gorgeous beach! Thanks for letting us stay!

What a way to kick back and relax. There was no need to leave Ocean Village but we did anyway to check out downtown Fort Pierce. Found some great resteraunts. The owners even provided a get around town book that made some of our decisions easier. We would definitely rent again.
