This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment villa has a great location in the Costa Bonita Resort Apartment Complex. Conveniently located by a main road access, the unit is a few steps away from the clubhouse and the pool area. This unit offers spectacular views of the ocean, mountains, and clubhouse.
From the unit’s private balcony, you can enjoy a full view of Ensenada Honda Bay as well as admire the Caribbean turquoise waters of Dakity Bay. The star studded sky and milky way after sunset is a must for relaxation and chats after dinner or before retiring while hearing the gentle tropical breezes.
The bedroom of the unit has a queen size bed with two nightstands. The main room has a sofa bed, a four person dining table. In an adjacent part of the main room area, the unit provides a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, and all cooking and serving utensils. The unit is equipped with central air-conditioning, and all linens and towels are provided.
Costa Bonita, which used to be a full service Resort, is now a resort Apartment Complex with villas that are rented by each owner. The complex is conveniently located 10 minutes from the town of Dewey and less than five minutes from the secluded Zoni beach. Flamenco, Culebra’s most popular beach (rated one of the world's ten best beaches), is also less than a 10 minute drive.
The complex includes an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, and an outside Gazebo with a barbecue grill. The complex also has a dock, which makes the unit accessible to boats of 40 feet or less. The dock is less than a three minute walk from the unit. Activities such as fishing trips, day trips to the nearby unpopulated islands of Culebrita and Luis Peña Cays, as well as snorkeling and diving excursions, can be arranged for pick-up at the dock.
