No matter what season of the year it is, this cute cottage is about as comfortable and quaint as you can get! You will really feel like you have escaped to the country in this home with its' great views of Lake Pontoosuc and the rolling Berkshire hills.
This house is so close to Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, only a 10 minute drive! Jiminy is great for families; from beginners to more advanced, there's something for everyone. This mountain resort has activities and fun for the family in all seasons! There's skiing, mountain bike riding, hiking and lots of summer fun for all! It's also only a short drive to lower Vermont, if you are looking for more of a skiing/boarding challenge. The lake down the hill freezes in the winter and is perfect for ice fishing, snow mobiling (available for rent), cross country skiing or just walking on water! In the summer it has swimming and boat access as well. Pittsfield also has a local ski area which offers daily and night tubing which is fun for everyone! The Mall and movies are right around the corner as well.
It is perfect for couples and families and can even squeeze in a few extra visitors as well! It is very private and set on a large piece of property down a country road. You will truly enjoy every relaxing moment you spend in this home away from home!
Whether it's the great outdoors that's calling your name, or if the theater is more your style, there is something for everyone in this vacation area.
