This is a lovely second-floor apartment with both living room and master bedroom opening onto a screened terrace/lanai overlooking Bluepoint Canal in the beautiful Royal Harbor area.
Private and friendly, the complex is just two small buildings with 16 apartments total and heated pool with BBQ area in tranquil and tropical surroundings. Guests have a dedicated parking spot in pavered lot.
Our placid and uncrowded ten mile public beach and famous fishing pier, with showers and ample parking, are just minutes by car, as are Third Street's nite life and Gallery Row. The very quaint town dock, where you can enjoy boat rentals, excursions, deep-sea charters and sunset cruises is also nearby. Downtown Olde Naples' fine dining, exclusive shopping, antique and art galleries are within walking distance. These include Fifth Avenue, the Old Marine Marketplace at Tin City and the new upscale Bayfront and Naples Bay Resort complexes. Naples' new nationally renowned performing arts center is also nearby.
If you like to explore, the Everglades National Park and the Seminole and Miccosukee Indian Reservations are nearby. Some of our excellent public golf courses include: Cypress Woods G&CC, Eagle Lakes, Lely Flamingo Island, Lely Mustang, Bonita Bay East, and the Gulf Club at Del Webb. Outstanding semi-private courses include: the Arrow Head Golf Club, Eagle Ridge, Heritage Bay G&CC, and the Old Cork Screw Golf Club. Dockage for your boat is less than two minutes away.
Smoke and pet free, the condo includes free domestic telephone service, automatic wireless broadband, folding computer work station, a flat screen HD TV with DVD and DVR in the living room, a TV/DVD in the master bedroom and a table, chairs, ceiling fan and electric grill on the lanai. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area.
Our condo is not just a rental. It is a home for you to enjoy fully and is completely equipped for that purpose. You'll even have a squeezer for fresh oranges from the South Naples Citrus Grove nearby . Just bring your favorite recipes and enjoy eating on the lanai.

This was an exceptional condo. Not only was it beautiful with a spectacular view but it had everything you could possibly want. My husband said it had more stuff than our own home - including a large TV with cable AND DVR. The pool is heated and uncrowded. It's within walking distance of downtown Naples - you don't even need a vehicle but a bike is fun.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for 2.5 months (winter 2012-2013) for a getaway from the snowy north. The condo is exceptionally clean with quality beds, well stocked kitchen, cable TV, internet, DVD player and more. The condo was very quiet during the day and night. Although we did not use it, there is a heated pool for those that appreciate a swim. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The owners are exceptional in delivering what they said and very pleasant to work with. No hidden issues or problems whatsoever. The condo has a great location. Going east one can easily get to the Everglades for birding and wildlife watching. A short drive to the west gets one to downtown Naples for fine dining and recreation. A little further west of downtown gets one to the Naples pier and beach. In Naples we enjoyed the restaurants, beaches, fishing pier, Adult Ed. classes, library, museums, history presentations, Everglades, sunshine, and meeting new people. Never a dull moment! Overall, we were very pleased with our winter escape and would recommend this rental condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
