This is a lovely second-floor apartment with both living room and master bedroom opening onto a screened lanai overlooking Bluepoint Canal in the beautiful Royal Harbor area.
Private and friendly, the complex is just two small buildings with 16 apartments total and heated pool with BBQ area in tranquil and tropical surroundings.
Our placid and uncrowded ten mile public beach and famous fishing pier, with showers and ample parking, are just minutes by car, as are Third Street's nite life and Gallery Row. The very quaint town dock, where you can enjoy boat rentals, excursions, deep-sea charters and sunset cruises is also nearby. Downtown Olde Naples' fine dining, exclusive shopping, antique and art galleries are within walking distance.
