This is a comfortable, relaxing condo located right on the access road to Stratton Mountain. Condo is 1 mile up from Rt. 30 and 3 miles from the base of the mountain. Year round activities include hiking, biking and golf in the summer; skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the winter. In the winter, there is a shuttle bus to the base of the mountain.
The condo is located on the pond and has 3 bedrooms; one has a king bed and the other 2 have two twin beds each. Great condo for a family!

My family and I stayed at this condo to get in a little more skiing during our kids spring break week. It was very neat and clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 Bedrooms, and an open layout to hang out together. Privacy when you want it, and togetherness when you want that! The pictures are accurate, and the owner helpful in answering my questions about the place.The kitchen had quite a few pots and pans but lacked some cooking utensils.Not a big deal... we'll pack a few next time because I would go back here to stay again in a heartbeat. Skiing was the main attraction for us, but we also enjoyed the outlets in nearby Manchester. If time allowed, I would have checked out the antique shops too. This place is highly recommended for families.
