  Loved our stay here. The location was very convenient. We were able to walk to the national mall everyday. The apartment was relaxing and city. There is a grocery store around the corner to fill the fridge. The host are very welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back again.

  We stayed here for a three day visit of Washington. The apartment is not far away from the main attractions and if you like to walk, everything is in walking distance. But also the metro is not far. We were three girls and really had enough space in this clean and tidy apartment. Also the owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations and tips. So we can highly recommend this wonderful apartment in a great and secure part of Washington D.C.

  This is the best place I've stayed in DC. The apartment was large and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was perfect - I was able to walk down to the Mall to enjoy the cherry blossoms and up to U Street to dine in the evenings. It was also easy to catch a cab only a couple blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet, but easily accessible. The owners are very nice and accommodating. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe here and appreciated the safety tips provided by the owners. I have already recommended the property to others, and will arrange my travel to stay here on future trips.

  Fantastic stay. Everything previously said was true. Very comfortable for us and a smart move with a teenager. We were investigating hotels but would need two rooms. This offered complete comfort at a wonderful affordable rate. The hosts thought of everything including safety. Next time to visit Washington, this is my spot to stay. I'd move my travel dates to enable us to stay here.

  This apartment met all of our needs. A safe, clean, well decorated apartment for our stay in Washington while exploring the City and all it has to offer. We had an amazing 5 days as tourists. Would recommend renting the Segways from "Segs in the City"- it was a phenomenal experience. Had a great time overall and the owners of this unit were such gracious hosts. The parking on-site was a bonus as we parked the car and walked everywhere. Will stay here again next time we come to the city! Thank you Patrick for all your help.

  Great location, 2 blocks from subway, walkable to White House etc. Clean, well furnished with everything you need. I have no complaints. I will be staying here again next time I'm in DC.

  We had a delightful, comfortable and very hospitable experience staying at this wonderfully located apt. we were welcomed warmly, settled in by our hosts and are appreciative that they went above and beyond our expectations to make us welcome. Would stay there again anytime we are in Washington!

  I can't say enough good things about my three-night stay at the Convention Center Apartment. First, the host was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty by giving me important tips about the neighborhood. Second, the price was right -- much lower than the hotel convention prices that I had quoted. Third, and most important, the apartment was safe, clean and very convenient. I needed a quiet place too; the Convention Center Apartment was all that and more.

  My sister and I were in Washington, D.C. for three days, recently. The hosts were delightful and wonderfully kind. They were immensely helpful and informative, providing us with historical perspective as well as directions to various locations. We did a lot of walking and siteseeing during the second day and were happy to come back to this lovely, comfortable apartment. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished, and stocked with necessities. We do not eat in restaurants but prepare our plant based meals. So, the kitchen was a lifesaver for us.

  The apartment is clean, bright and warm! My boyfriend and I visited DC during the winter, and the heater was strong enough to let us stay warm in the apartment. I really appreciate since I am easy to feel cold. The apartment is only 7-10 mins away from the metro station. The grocery store is a block away. It also provides with some basic cooking stuff, untecils, bath towels, etc. Jim is really thoughtful. We had a good time staying over in DC.
