Stay and play at this Bear Hollow 4BR/3.5BA 2250 sq. ft. townhouse. Bear Hollow is located in Olympic Park on the free bus route (the bus stop is just outside of the entrance to Bear Hollow). The Canyons is 1.5 miles up the road; Park City Mountain Resort is 5 miles away; Deer Valley is a short 10 minute drive. Restaurants and shopping are at your fingertips. We are positive that you will love our professionally decorated home. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, gourmet stainless steel appliances, double ovens and much more. Plenty of seating at the dining table; High chair is available; The 42" flat panel TV (with satellite, DVD, iPod dock, surround sound) is easy to see from everywhere on the main floor. And of course, step right out to the private HOT TUB. There is WiFi available in the unit;
Upstairs, the master suite has a plush KING bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a pillow top QUEEN bed with sitting area. The TWIN BUNKS with trundle make up the comfortable third upstairs room. Relax in the UPSTAIRS LOFT where you will find board games, poker chips and cards to play. Luxury sheets, comforters and towels are provided. Pack n Play is available if you need it. Secure WIFI is available in the unit if you need it.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom/den, which has a 32" flat panel TV, DVD and satellite. Here is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and it's own private full bathroom.
In the attached garage, you will find ski and snowboard racks as well as 2 sets of snow shoes for your enjoyment. The clubhouse is across the street which has a full workout room with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals as well as weights; There is a computer with internet access (in the club house), pool (summers only) and hot tub (there is a PRIVATE HOT TUB in the townhouse.)

Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village
We have loved Park City from the moment we first started visiting. In fact, we first stayed in Bear Hollow and loved the luxury and space it offered. When in Park City, we truly feel that a car is necessary no matter where you stay; Especially if you have kids. Plus Bear Hollow's location is really great - if you want to take the shuttle downtown its available, but it allows you to explore all 3 resorts - and go where the most snow is! While we came for Utah's famous powder, we still LOVE the mountain in the summer - there are over 300 miles of trails in and around Park city - and you can access most from Bear Hollow. The mountain biking is incredible - it's great to bike in the Canyons and say "hey - didn't we ski/board down this trail?" We love that we can bike right out our door; and we also love our location right by the club house - the close proximity is great when using the heated pool in the summer.

The space is set up just wonderfully - we have always felt the kitchen tends to be a center of activity, so we wanted a place where the family room and kitchen are on the same floor - so we can all gather; Our kitchen is gourmet, with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a 5 burner gas stove and microwave as well as all the other gadgets a chef could want (crock pot, roaster pan, hand mixer, blender, etc). It's ideal for family gatherings or intimate dinners. We also love the upstairs loft - there is a really comfortable leather chair and ottoman where you can read or just relax; There are also several board games, cards, poker chips and DVD's to keep you entertained.

We purchased our townhome in 2008 and absolutely love coming here! It is truly our home away from home; We have 2 young children (ages 2 and 4) that we bring with us, so we have truly made this our home away from home; We find it to be utterly relaxing and peaceful - it is luxury combined with comfort; We especially love the space it gives us - there are enough areas where you can find a little quiet or join the crowds! We hope you will love our home as much as we do!

Meera, Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed thehouse. Everything was great. The house was very comfortable and you had everything well laid out and explained (we did use the Roasting pan for the turkey) We orderd our turkey and all the trimmings from Whole Foods, and it was great and affordable. Thanks for your help and use of everything. We will stay in touch for future trips Kurt (this is from an email he sent me - they spent Thanksgiving weekend 2008 in Park City)
