MESA STUDIO

Located on the Santa Barbara Mesa, this charming studio has been recently remodeled and is clean, comfortable and private. Walk to local shopping areas, beach parks and restaurants on the Mesa. 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown, 2.5 miles from Stearn's Wharf and the Santa Barbara Harbor.

This rental is the bottom part of our house, with a private entrance and patio. Surrounded by oak trees, this property is in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
