We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Many times advertising photos of properties can be deceiving. This is not the case with King's. What you see is exactly what you get. Very comfortable and immaculate, both indoor and backyard. If we ever visit LA again (hopefully), this property will be our first preference.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this great home. It was spacious and very clean. We had a large group of 10 and found it to be very comfortable with all the amenities at the house that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even laundry soap and dryer sheets and toys for my kids to play with! The pool was so enjoyable even though the evenings were chilly. So close to Disneyland.We took a taxi to Disneyland and it was only $5. Cheaper than Disney parking.We were provided with all the information we needed about the house and amenities in the area for us. She was great to deal with and we would rent from them again in the future. We highly recommend this excellent home.

This was first experiance with VRBO and I am very impressed. This place was immaculate and welcoming. The rooms were set up great for our family of 10 adults. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep. The location is perfect. We walked a couple blocks to the shuttle and grandma could go home when she wanted and the young adults could stay until disneyland closed for the evening. Thanks, we will be back !!

Our recent stay at the King's vacation home was just right! THere was enough space for 5 adults and 4 children to sleep comfortably. I would recommend this property for those with kids. It was a very short and convenient drive to Disney, also.

Our three generations of family had a wonderful time in this clean spacious home. The pool was great for the kids and adults - heated to a nice warm temperature. The walk to Downtown Disney was just under a mile and took only about 25 minutes with the two strollers for the young kids. The eight of us had enough space between the four nicely appointed bedrooms. Clean, comfortable and everything as advertised! We'll come again and highly recommend this fantastic home.

We just stayed for 4 nights mid April 2011 and had a great time. We have two young children (3.5 and 13 months) and we really didn't need to bring anything. Pack n Plays, strollers, toys ... anything you could want to have with you they had. We took our family as well as grandparents and it was a great place for us to stay (5 adults and two kids). The walk to the parking lot shuttle to Disneyland is about three blocks and perfectly doable for pretty much anyone. If you have a little one that falls asleep in the buggy the walk without the shuttle isn't bad at all (you have to take the kids out of the buggy in the shuttle). The house was clean and extremely well organized! The kids loved the pool. I just can't say enough good things about the place. Highly recommend it! When we come back, we will definitely stay again!

Great Disney Base Camp

We stayed at this place over spring break and it worked great. We had two families (4 adults - 6 kids) and the space was just right. The house was great and is set up with everything we needed. The pool is nice. It's great that there is a ping pong and air hockey tables for the kids to play with while the adults crashed on the couch. It's set up with everything you need. You really can't get a rental home much closer to Disneyland either. It's a close walk (<0.5 mi) to the tram and really not that much further to walk to the park. We walked to and from the park the first day with the kids and it was quick and easy. We would recommend the place to other family's looking for a place to stay during an extended Disney visit.

Great House with Lots of Extras

We stayed here for 6 nights in early July and loved every minute of it. It was a wonderful start to our dream holiday. Fantastic location, away from the busy hotel side of Disneyland, but close enough to walk easily. The children loved the pool, their bedrooms, the toys and the gamesroom. The home was clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly set up for a family. It was the extras, though which made it so special, from the huge amount of towels, to drinks in the fridge to laundry detergent in the laundry. All up a fantastic place to stay.

Disney Vacation

My family of 6 and my brother-in-laws family of 6 stayed here for 4-5 days in the first week of June 2010. We loved every minute. We had more than enough room and even had two babies that were more than accomodated for with pack and play cribs, high chairs, and strollers. Could easily walk or take a quick bus ride (literally 5-10 minutes) to Disney. Walk to bus stop was about 2 blocks. Kids loved it so much they begged to leave Disneyland to go back to house to swim and play. Pool was plenty warm for early June and we were able to save money by cooking and/or eating cereal or whatever instead of eating out every night. Also cooked steaks on the provided grill. Great directions to grocery, etc. Would definitely stay again and my kids hope and beg to return soon. Also Julie was very helpful, nice, and timely with all paperwork, deposits, etc. Thanks for a great stay. Oh, and house was very clean. LOVED it!

We stayed at this vacation home recently for ten days. It's location was absolutely fabulous for all the things we wanted to see. It is clean, tastefully decorated, well supplied with dishes etc.,well set up for children...the kids loved the pool. Being able to see the fireworks from Disneyland was an added bonus. This was our first experience renting a vacation home, we would definitely rent a home from Julie again. Julie, thanks for letting us make our dream vacation a reality.

This is our second time staying at one of the Kings vacation homes and it was just as great as we remembered. The homes are always clean and not cluttered, yet have everything you need from laundry soap to toys for kids of all ages. This time we had 4 couples, 2 one year olds, and a 5 yaer olds. Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had the right number of strollers, high chairs, and cribs. She even added another stroller to her collection because we were hoping to have two that reclined for our sleepy babies. The week we went (January 2010) we had half good weather and half torrential rain. We were so very thankful to have rented a home with laundry and space to relax rather than being in a cramped hotel room. We were able to dry everthing out each night and be ready for the fun the next day. Some of us walked to the park every day, but we also took advantage of the free 3-hour downtown disney parking. It is just a couple of blocks away, but tired after a full day of walking, that little bit made a difference. We would go for 3 hours in the morning, come home for a 5 hour break, then go back for 3 hours in the evening. There is also lots of shopping nearby. We found terrific souvenirs for a quarter the Disneyland price at the local Walmart. Stay with the Kings. You'll love it.

We stayed in this lovely home the week of November 9. It was a perfect place to relax after long (but great fun) days out and about. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Our kids loved the games room, the pool, the bunk beds - everything! Julie provided helpful information that made the stay enjoyable as well. The location is just a short drive to the Disney parks, the I5 and shopping. The street is nice and quiet. There were just the four of us this time, but this home could easily accommodate many more, especially kids. We recommend this home highly - it is just as it looks on the website.

We stayed at this beautiful home from June 9-13 for 4 nights. With my own family of 3 and my sister-in-law's family of 6, we really needed a place to fit all the people! The house was the perfect size for all of us! And because the kids varied in age from 2-11, the girls and boys all got their own bunk beds and rooms to themselves! That left my sister-in-law and brother-in-law with their own separate bedroom leaving my wife, 2 year old daughter and I to the California King Size bed in the 4th bedroom. I must say I never slept on a California King size but it is the biggest bed we've ever slept on (fit all three of us) as well as being so comfortable! During our stay, the kids ran immediately to the games room where they were fixated on the air hockey, ping pong and video game system. We were so busy that we only had one day using the lovely heated outdoor pool! Disneyland was literally 3-4 blocks away but since we had van, we did end up parking but it was a 3 minute drive. Knotts Berry Farm which we didn't go to but it was a couple of exits down on the highway which is good to know for the future. We also made it to Legoland which was an easy 45 minute or so drive going south on the highway. Julie was very accommodating as well since my sister-in-law's family were from overseas she provided a rice cooker which really helped out! I also want to point out that Julie also included a Ralph grocery card and for those of us out of country, we usually don't have think about these types of cards when we arrive at vacation destinations. I think the card alone saved us tons of money on groceries! Last but not least, our vacation came to a very unlucky end when my wife lost her wallet at Universal Studios. We thought that was the end of it but when Julie contacted us 3 months later to say she found a wallet in one of the cooler bags we used, it was indeed the lost wallet! Julie sent the wallet back all the way to Canada and everything was intact as is! Thank you Julie!!! I would highly recommend the stay at the house to my friends and family!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Everything that you need to have a perfect home away from home vacation is provided by Julie. The kids love the swimming pool and all the accessories that Julie provided so much that they had no problem leaving Disneyland in the middle of the afternoon to go back to the house to swim. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are visiting Anaheim, CA.

It was very clean and well decorated. We loved the location and the pool was very nice. Our problem came with the sleeping arrangements and the fact that there was one small water heater for 12 guest. This home is really ideal for smaller children. We have all teenagers and it just wasn't bit enough. Also it says it sleeps up to 13 but 2 of the beds are just camping pads you throw sheets on and then they have to go in the middle of the family room because there isn't room in the bedrooms. I would say it sleeps 11 at the very maximum. The bathrooms are really small too with no other mirrors to get ready in the bedrooms, so we had to be very careful about bathroom time. Also there are no drawers to put away your clothes all week. A few hangers but really need more storage for that many people. I would recommend for families with small children, but we have rented many homes and this one was far too small for us.

Spring break 2009 our family rented this amazing home it was everything the owner told us it would be and then some. My 3 grandchildren had so much fun between the pool and the toys that are in the kids room to play with. The kitchen has everything you need,it was like being in my own kitchen. The bedrooms are nice and roomy and the whole house is decorated with the most beatutiful decore. We liked it so much we have already booked it for next spring. I would highly recommend this property to anyone you will have a great time there. We sure did.

Gem near the parks; We have arrived home safely from our quick trip to SoCal and have settled back into the daily routine. We were all absolutely thrilled with the gem of accommodations you provide just minutes from the Disney doorsteps, and centrally located to all other attractions. Your house is a perfect get a way with every amenity imaginable. Thank you for opening your doors to us and having everything at our disposal. Your house is not only set up nicely, has all the amenities, is clean and tidy and has everything that our children could use (age 3 and 10 months) it is very tastefully put together and we felt very welcomed and happy with the ease of the self check in. This house is absolutely beautiful and our entire family had such a good time there we only went to Disneyland 1 day and spent the rest of our time hanging out at the house, The kids had a great time just playing with all the toys and then in the pool. My family and I stayed at the house for 3 nights and 4 days. There were 6 adults and 2 children, and the house couldn't have been more perfect. The pool was a wonderful perk, and the house was immaculate. There were enough beds to easily accommodate our party. It is definitely close to Disneyland shuttles, although we drove. The closest grocery store we could find was in downtown Anaheim, which we only needed to visit once since the kitchen had plenty of storage and a large refrigerator. Overall, we had a great experience at this house and would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect place for our disney dreams to come true! The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had 6 children under six, grandparents, siblings and spouses totalling 14 people. We had plenty of space and the game room was a lifesaver with the little ones, not to mention the toys, highchairs, playpens, and loads of extras. I can't imagine staying at a busy hotel after an exhausting day at the resort. The home is just minutes away from disneyland. You won't need much for a stay in this home, they really have thought of everything and it is all brand new! My boys loved finding the pirate ship in their closet with a note "open me". It is a comfortable and great place to land for a disney vacation. We made wonderful memories here, a big thank to Julie and the King family. We hope to stay with you again soon!
