Beautiful Ocean Front property with wonderful view. Both living area and master bedroom have beautiful views and also open to the 27 foot balcony that overlooks the beach. Balcony has table with 4 chairs. Washer and dryer are in unit.

Range, Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Coffee maker, garbage disposal and all amenities of a full kitchen. King Bed, Queen bed, 2 Single beds and sleeper sofa. Three full bedrooms and three full baths, one with jetted tub.

Carpet in all bedrooms and tile in hallway and kitchen. Kept very clean and painted every year. Unit is only 5 years old.

Three pools, heated pool, outdoor pool and lazy river pool. Two parking spaces are assigned to this unit on level 1. Family oriented Condo.

  • We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach at this wonderful condo.... Very clean and we had everything we needed...right on beach and great pools...we had a great time as well as our 7 children...plenty of room and loved that it had 3 bathrooms... Owner was great to work with very easy to deal with...Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us... Great part of Myrtle also... not too crowed. Very clean beach.

  • The condo was great and owner easy to deal with...we loved the wide beach and being an easy walk to the inlet. Great layout, with the view from Master and could watch the pelicans fly past the windows. Table and chairs outside with the awesome view was my favorite part. Nice, quiet part of the beach, but close enough to food etc. Also the building is relatively new and well kept. Looking forward to returning.

  • We stayed a week and found the accommodations terrific! Cable TV and the game "Sorry" were a hit for the kids, as well as the swimming pool and lazy river. The 3 bathrooms come in handy when everyone comes in from the beach at the same time! Great location, too - quiet, wide beach that is not overcrowded. The view is awesome. This condo is worth the price!
