PREMIUM WATERVIEW CONDO AT CHESAPEAKE LOFTS. 1,461 sq. ft. Third Floor Loft Condo. Beautiful brand new Condo has 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Master Bedroom has a private bath and Loft Bedroom has a private bath.

Third full bath is located on the main floor of the Unit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and dishes. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. One Plasma TV and one LCD TV in the unit.

The Chesapeake Lofts are a 3 level loft/condominium complex with 24 hr. secured access. The complex has stairs and elevators throughout. The rental is Unit 307.

The complex also offers a Private Pool and Spa as well as a brand new fitness center with flat screen TV's.

The Unit is a short walk to the Jet Express Ferry and a short drive to Cedar Point.

Perfect location for a family vacation to the lake.

The Unit is Non-Smoking and no pets are allowed.

Check out before 10:00 a.m.  Monthly rentals are negotiable.
