The house is magnificently positioned alongside the 13th green at Cuscowilla with picturesque views of the ponds and golf course in every direction. It features very spacious accommodations and is superbly appointed.
In general, the floor plan is very open and allows for a casual formality. The oversized great room features a large stone fireplace, slate floors throughout the first level and vaulted ceilings with large windows to appreciate the natural views. Floor to ceiling sliding doors have been added in order to take full advantage of the wonderful lanai and patio areas.
Guests enjoy the ability to extend the great room outside during the temperate days and evenings at Cuscowilla. Additionally, the lanai & patio have been specifically designed for outdoor entertaining and feature a private 8-person jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a 60" grill and wood burning fireplace as well as other unique living spaces to make it perfect for all season's.
When not enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area, the "chef's kitchen" with Viking appliances, granite countertops, stainless under-mount sinks provides the ultimate platform to cook-in or host a professionally catered event.
