Wow! If you've been looking for an affordable (and quiet) vacation home in central Florida, this is the place. Situated in the woods on 1.5 acres, our rental is close to all central Florida attractions, while being 1/2 mile from the trails of Withlachooee State Forest.
Deer are spotted on a regular basis on property, while turkey and hawks are common, too. The lot is 1.5 acres big, with wooded neighbors on all sides. Very secluded and private.
Even though we're woodsy, quiet and cozy, we're modern and we have all the creature comforts you could ask for (almost).
We offer you satellite TV with pay-per-view movies. And all rooms have separate TV receivers and remotes. There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom.
We have a Dell desktop computer with monitor and mouse- plus an optional high speed broadband internet connection, for all that vacation research. By using google maps, you'll be ready to start each days' journey with a solid map and the details you'll need.
The full kitchen has everything you need: including Oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans plates and silverware, etc.
The carpet is new and the house has been thoroughly updated. We know you've come to expect quality furnishings, so we didn't skrimp on details. Full AC throughout, plus a fan in each room.
Just grill your favorite food on the sun deck... and relax.
