RELAX in our 1500 sq ft smoke free home and enjoy a taste of paradise in upscale Sun City Grand, a Disney Land for active adults 55 and older. The house address is 15243 W. Springleaf Way. We purchased this 2002 Azalea model home in June 2008. It is fully furnished for your enjoyment with all new furniture. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has, for your convenience, easy care tile throughout with large area rugs.
You will be welcomed by a pleasant court yard entry and lured to the back yard to relax and enjoy the large covered patio with two ceiling fans, a fire pit, gas grill, dining table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs.
The kitchen and dining area open to the great room. The washer and dryer are in the house. The den has built-in desk and shelves, with high speed internet service. Just bring your toothbrush - all dishes, glassware, stainless, cookware, appliances, towels, and linens,etc. are new as of 2009.
So pack your bags and prepare to enjoy life at its finest!
Sun City Grand boasts the following amenities for your pleasure: 16 tennis courts, 4 - 18 hole golf courses, 2 rec centers, swimming pools, lawn bowling, bocce, health club facilities, pickle ball, miles of biking and walking paths, and many clubs to suit your interests and activities. You can have full use of all the amenities with a $125 access fee per person, two maximum per household. Golf green fees are extra at reduced members rates.

We found this sunny bungalow is well furnished with recently new furnishing and very good beds.Is was ultra clean and well stocked, well equiped kitchen. The sunny south facing patio allowed us to enjoy the winter sun during the afternoons. One of the great things that we enjoyed is the bright den featuring the large wrap around desk with high speed internet. The modern TV's are great. The modern recording device made it possible to record our favorite programs to watch when we chose to. This was our third time to the area. This is the best accommodation we have found, in terms of value and features.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
