There is a a state of the art stocked gourmet kitchen with the newest Bosch stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The sunny breakfast room seats eight. For your entertainment, a beautifully decorated family room features plush seating, a 57' flat screen television, and a queen pullout sleeper sofa. The master bedroom suite is tastefully appointed with luxury linens and a stunning natural stone bath with vessel sinks, whirlpool tub and rain shower. Other sleeping arrangements include a cheerful bunkroom which sleeps six and provides it's own entertainment center as well as a beautifully designed natural stone full bath with bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is spacious and relaxing with a king size bed, flat screen television and it's own full bath with natural stone shower. Outside is a sunny screened-in lanai overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course with an additional view toward the beach. We have rented many times through VRBO, but this was by far the best experience ever! The description in the ad does not adequately explain how nice, luxurious and spacious this condo is. Every inch of the condo has been remodeled with the nicest furnishings. It was much much nicer than we expected. The pool is literally just across the parking area from the front door. The weather was colder than we expected, so the heated pool made a big difference during our stay. The location of the condo was so convenient to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. With the golf cart we were able to be at either location in a snap! We highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a luxurious getaway in Sandestin!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

So sorry we are posting this so late, but we wanted others to know how much we enjoyed our stay here. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and this condo was perfect for us! Close to the beach and pool so we could walk, the golf cart was great for toting our stuff to and from the beach, and the decor and size of the condo was amazing! Sandestin was close to everything and the property was wonderful for walks and for activities with the kids. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed in four different sections of Sandestin -- two on the Bay side, two on the Beach side -- and found this unit to be by far the best value. It's spacious, stylish, every room updated and decorated to perfection. Back porch is screened in, faces the golf course and has a ceiling fan to make a breeze on muggy nights. The pool is literally right across the street. Rent the golf cart and you're about 90 seconds away from the beach. The village nightlife and Grand Boulevard shopping are easily accessible via golf cart through the pedestrian tunnel. I've rented through VRBO many times before, but this is the first time I've had "no surprises" -- all of the owner's claims in the listing are 100-percent accurate. We were in the unit week before July 4th, and hope to be back in it next summer. Rent with confidence ... as my teenage sons say, it's all good!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: My wife and I live in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and we love being in Destin. We bought this villa in Tivoli by the Sea, on April 1, 2008 and completely remodeled it. Our company, Southern Property & Management, LLC, specializes in vacation property management and rentals in Sandestin and Destin, Florida. We hope you enjoy our favorite vacation spot!
Why the Owner Chose Tivoli by the Sea:
We looked and looked for the best location to buy a second home. I mean we looked at property after property for days. Early in the search, we knew that Sandestin was the only choice anywhere in the panhandle of Florida. The resort is manicured at all times. People are always sweeping, trimming, watering, blowing and mowing. It is a lot like being in Disney World. We also loved the ability to access the entire resort by golf cart. Once we settled on Sandestin, we started looking at all the different neighborhoods within the resort, and kept coming back to Tivoli. We knew we wanted a place on the beach side of the highway, and we both agreed that we didn't want to be in a tower with elevators. Tivoli was perfect!! The villas are huge at 2100 sq/ft, and our unit is on the ground floor with no stairs at all! The kids can go and come as they please; the pool is across the street, the golf course is right outside the back door, and the beach is a five minute walk...what more can you ask for?
