We chose to buy our vacation home in Chatham because of its incredible beaches and sophisticated town charm. Chatham has the best of everything - golf, shops, award winning beaches and restaurants. We have vacationed all over the world but find this spot our favorite so we decided to buy!
The Unique Benefits at this House
While in Chatham you can do so many things. We are a short walk away from our private beach, you can jog or bike the country roads, go boating, fishing, or take a ride up Provincetown for a whale watch. The restaurants are wonderful or stay at home and enjoy a wonderful dinner on the deck. You’re sure to fall in love with Old Cape Cod!

we had the pleasure of staying here july 2009. along with our children we met friends, also with children, and shared the home. it comfortably hosted 4 children and 6 adults, both in terms of accommodations and space. the grounds and views are so lovely. grounds included plenty of play area, and the surrounding neighborhood is great for longs walks and exploration. the view which the house was well designed to take in from most rooms, is ever changing and and at times would leave you speechless by the beauty before you. home is also tastefully and comfortably decorated. kitchen is like what you have in your own home, design and function-wise. only bitter-sweet for me was pillows and mattresses, could use some updating there. most bathrooms are very dated, but very clean! this said, absolutely everything else was amazing.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
