Seabrook Island is a quiet pristine place of beauty located just 20 miles south of the historic town of Charleston. You will arrive at Paradise as you ride through the gate and enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the Low Country. Our beaches are very quiet and perfect for the nature lover and long walks.
Our home is a FIVE STAR RATED UNIT in the Live Oak Villas, only a short bike ride to the beach and Beach Club. We have a 1400 square foot first floor corner unit that the sunlight fills every morning. The unit has a wonderful 200 square foot sunroom that overlooks the Crooked Oaks golf course and gives your family another den area, which is very convenient with kids or a larger family. Our unit has a private pool just steps from the front door for the residents of our small complex;therefore,this pool is very quiet during the summer.
We have UPDATED the unit with all the things you have at home,down comforters,premium mattresses, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware Furniture, granite counters and heart of pine floors.
Club activities - Our villa provides you with full membership to the Seabrook Island Club, access to The Ocean Winds and Trent Jones Crooked Oaks Courses, 15 Har-tru tennis courts, swimming pools overlooking the ocean at the Beach Club (one heated in the off season), fitness club, and kids activities.
For children ages 4-12, The Club has a Kid's Club which offers fully supervised programs for the kids with different themed days. The Club also offers some nightly programs for kids to accommodate your date night dinner while on the Island.
Our unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac across the street from the nature preserve, so we see a good bit of the wildlife that lives there on the island.
Our family absolutely loves the island. We hope you enjoy Seabrook as much as we do.

Why the Owner Chose Live Oak Villas
We love the low country feel of the Charleston Area. There is much more to the island and the area than just the beach. In fact, we really enjoying going to Seabrook during the fall, spring and winter because we spend a great deal of time doing other things than just the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our favorite things to do there are biking, eating at the club, enjoying our private pool, and going into Charleston for lots of good food. We enjoy the island all year round, not only during the summer months. It is truly a special place.

WE absolutely love Seabrook. It is a hidden gem that not many people know about. It is a beautiful place to relax and really enjoy nature. We have traveled a lot and we think there aren't many places that compare. We hope you love and enjoy Seabrook as much as our family does. We go there to ride bikes, fish, play games, read, walk on the beach, and enjoy some time in and around Charleston. Seabrook has so much more to offer than just the beach, even though the beach is beautiful. We enjoy the cooler months of Nov, Dec, March and April just as much as the summer because there are so many things to do around the island and in Charleston. Wherever you decide to stay we hope you choose Seabrook. If you have never been there before
we hope you try it.
