Haleakala. A few steps from the Royal Mauian complex are two beautiful white sand beaches, Kamaole Beach Parks I and II. The condo is located within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.
Fully renovated in the Summer of 2008, we’ve spared no expense to make our guests feel comfortable and pampered. You’re sure to enjoy the granite counter tops, travertine and bamboo flooring, urban Hawaiian décor and fully equipped kitchen. The private lanai is a great place to watch the whales (winter months) and enjoy the warm Hawaiian breezes. Grab a drink and head down to the resort's ocean front fresh water pool to take a refreshing dip and relax on the chaise lounge with a good book. The rooftop patio featuring gas BBQ's and full kitchen facilities is a great place to take in the beautiful Maui sunsets. You are sure to enjoy the luxury of this condo with it's many amenities and superb location in sunny Kihei, HI. A REFUNDABLE security/damage deposit of $500 USD is required confirm your reservation and will be refunded after check out and once the unit has been cleaned and inspected. Balance in full is due 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No extra parking fees. Please add Hawaiian tax of 12.416% to all rates. All fees in USD.

We are the Gaertner family from Saskatoon, Sask. Canada. Paul works as an Emergency Room Physician and Laura is a stay at home Mom to Gabrielle (10) and Samuel (7). We are a very active family who loves to travel.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Mauian
We LOVE Maui! We have been to all the Hawaiian islands and found Maui to fit us the best! We like to escape our freezing Canadian winter every year and take a family vacation. So we looked into purchasing a property in Kihei, our favorite part of Maui. We loved Royal Mauian 212 mostly b/c of the full ocean view and where the building is situated - between 2 great beaches Kamaole I and II. We've done our best to make it luxurious and comfortable yet functional.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo renovation was completed August 2008. You will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and we have gone to great lengths to try and think of everything our guests could need while staying in our condo. The roof top BBQ area and patio is also fantastic and the view is so spectacular it's hard to put it into words. You'll just have to go and experience it for yourself!
We love that we can walk to the beach in the morning, swim and snorkel right out front of the building, then walk 2 minutes back to the condo for lunch, have a nap and go back to the beach until sunset. Then within minutes of the condo are great restaurants for dinner in the evening or grocery stores to buy everything you need for a gourmet dinner that you can cook right in the fully stocked kitchen or up on the roof top BBQ and patio area. It makes for a relaxing vacation amidst all the amenities that make this luxury condo and location a great place to come year after year.

A lot of work went into making this condo luxurious and up to date. The renovation was completed in August 2008 with all new furnishings, new appliances, new gourmet kitchen, travertine and bamboo floors, maple cabinets, granite counters, etc. But the most spectacular part about this condo is the view.... ocean for as far as the eye can see!
