The Château
This brand new single standing town home is within walking distance to downtown, yet it is in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood. The main level has a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, large great room (with sleeper sofa and entrance to the large deck off the front of the house), a laundry room and half bath as well as a two car garage. Also on the main level is a master suite with sitting area and entrance to the private deck.
The second level has a large loft area with TV and bar, a second master suite with an additional couch that will pull out to a converta-bed, a queen bedroom with attached jack and jill bath, including large soaker tub, to the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed with full futon sleeper on the lower half. There is plenty of space and sleeping areas for one large family or two smaller ones. With beautifully appointed furnishings, this can be your home away from home.

The Chateau was an incredibly comfortable place to spend time catching up with friends on a pleasant winter weekend. Tons of natural light and great views make the living space great for relaxing. We were able to start hiking within a short 5-10 minute drive from the house on trails with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

After spending 2 fantastic weeks at the Chateau of Estes, my husband and I would highly recommend it. We had friends and family coming and going all the time and there was never a feeling of not enough room.. This beautiful place is nicely decorated with high ceilings, giving it an open feeling. There is a well-equipped kitchen and lots of space for everyone of every age. From the large deck, we enjoyed the panoramic view of Long's Peak and neighboring peaks. We looked forward to our morning and nightly visits from the beautiful wildlife: elk, deer, and on 1 rare occasion, a timid black bear. The location is ideal, literally 3 minutes from town and lots of great restaurants. This was a dream vacation for us and we will make it a regular as often as possible.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We recently had two families (4 adults and 6 kids) stay and this place was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for the kids to play upstairs while the adults hung out or made meals down below. As a bonus on three seperate days we were visted by deer right outside our window. It is close enough to downtown so you are minutes from anything you need but far enough away so you can see all the stars at night. It was ideal for us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
