Located on the quiet side of California's Mendocino Coast, La Ventana truly deserves its name! This gorgeous home was built only three years ago. The floor to ceiling windows and French doors of the living room allow for breathtaking views of the Mendocino Coastline and the Point Arena Lighthouse.
Upon entering the home you cannot help but notice the stunning hardwood floors of the main living areas and the rich wood cabinetry in the beautifully designed kitchen.
The master bedroom suite is royal with jewel tone bedding and a private bath complete with Jacuzzi tub. The two additional bedrooms are tastefully appointed and ready for you to rest and relax.
Off of the deck, climb the winding staircase to the observation platform for optimal viewing of the coast and Lighthouse. A perfect place to watch for migrating whales while you enjoy the gorgeous Northern California sunsets. Slip into the hot tub, enjoy a glass of wine from the Anderson Valley and you've found heaven on earth!
Irish Beach is the perfect place to do nothing and everything. Investigate tide pools or fish the surf. Children and those "big" kids can cast their fishing lines in our fish pond which is stocked with fish several times per year. Don't forget to bring treats for the ducks. There are five miles of sandy beach to walk hand in hand with your sweetie and watch Rover dash in and out of the surf or endless trails to hike through the hills and redwoods.
Reservation Policy
50% of total balance is due in 2 weeks. The remainder of the balance is due within 30/60 (holiday) days prior to arrival.
