Condo for rent at Hutchinson Island (Ft. Pierce) Ocean Village. Sleeps 6. Resort type setting. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful, 2 bedroom unit with sleeper sofa in living area, and roll- away. This unit is in excellent condition, in secure, gated community,and has screened in lanai facing golf course, lake and pond. Botanical garden-like grounds are immaculate. Steps to 3000 foot private beach access.
On-site activities include par 3 golf course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 4 heated pools (main pool is huge), wading pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, shelling, fishing. Many walk or ride bicycles. Nearby are state parks, deep sea fishing, surfing (in-season) farmers market. Many nice restaurants in area. The Sunshine City Grill will open Oct. 1, 2009 offering ocean view dining at Ocean Village or you can lunch at the Tiki bar by the main pool, currently open 7 days per week. At times, dolphins swim off shore and pelicans fish.
Close to many major league spring training camps, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Miami, Orlando are less than 2 hours drive. December-January average high is 74 degrees. No smoking, no pets, no trucks (including pickups), no trailers overnight, no RV's allowed.(Condo association rules)

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Village
We have traveled to many places and were looking for a vacation home that could turn into a retirement residence. This was the perfect place for us. A gated beach front community with lots of actvities and beautiful grounds.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is a gated community with room to walk, ride bikes, play tennis on one of the 10 courts, play golf, swim in one of the four pools, lay on the beach, or have a beer and hot dog at the Tiki Bar.
