Four blocks from the Malecon (one block toward condo is up hill with stairs) where all the vendors and entertainment happens at night and on weekends. Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
We love how arriving in downtown Puerto Vallarta you feel like you have stepped back in time. The beautiful cobble stone streets, street vendors, white washed buildings, tiled roofs, old Church of Guadalupe, buses, and beaches all take you back a little. On the other hand there are beautiful art galleries, fabulous restaurants and plenty, with a short bus ride, to do that brings you to the 21st century. Our idea of a vacation is a pool, a margarita, naps, and good food. The shopping, day trips, and entertainment are all wonderful extras. We love the people and the old town of Puerto Vallarta!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the quiet retreat. We don't get hassled or bothered by anyone unless we choose to venture down to the Malecon. The front desk employees at Puesta are the most helpful we have found anywhere. Air conditioning is a comfortable plus.
Watch out! Everything is twice to three times as much as it should be here! Barter!
They have many classes available here as well. They are all in Spanish so dust of your dictionary!

A wonderful experience! Loved Amelia at the front desk. What a sweetheart! The view from the balcony was great as well as the lounging at the pool. Very pleased with our selection and would love to come back! Yelapa was great...almost as good as the pies. Thanks for sharing! email: Our stay at your condo was wonderful. We would love to return in the future. The whole experience was one that we will remember forever. The condo was very comfortable and well laid out. The view of the bay and the city was outstanding. The pool was very nice and relaxing and everyone we met was happy. It was incredible how happy everyone seemed to be. The locals and vacationers alike. It would have been almost impossible to have anything but a good time. The restaurants were great and so were all the margaritas. There were many activities to chose from and everything we chose to do was fun. Thank you for allowing us to stay. I just hope it can be longer next time. Rick P.S. What a great place! Very comfortable and homey.... The staff here are so helpful and kind. Loved sitting on the balcony and sleeping with the doors wide open. Never needed the ac. This must be a great home away from home. Thank you! I hope to return!
