The description of the property is accurate except for the following: It is described as having two decks when in fact there is a small balcony off the bedroom suitable for some furniture and people. The balcony off the living room is only wide enough for some potted plants. The words "new, fresh and remodled" might lead one to believe the condo has been up dated and modern, whereas it has been newly painted in a colorful Mexican fashion and there are few if any new furniture. The description advised there was telephone and Wi-Fi service in the condo. The telephone was disconnected and the Wi-Fi was being repaired and only worked occasionally. The property is clean and fairly well maintained. The central location in the city is it's strongest point providing the capability of walking to almost anywhere. However it cannot be described as "quiet". The noise of Puerto Vallarta night life took some getting used to. Regardless of the forgoing, we very much enjoyed our stay and would like to return. The condo complex is very nice. The owners and renters were all very pleasent and the local employees were exceptionally nice and helpful. We would certainly reccommend this property to a friend or relative. The shops and restaurants in the area are all worth visiting but too numerous to recommend.

We stayed at Puesta del Sol for 2 months and it was fantastic. It was safe, secure and still close to everything in old vallarta and the Malecon. The owners did a fantastic job of documenting everything in their welcome book. Mama Rosa's down the street for breakfast is a must. Some things to know: This place is spotless-clean There's a blender for smoothies and margaritas The wireless is fast and reliable The kitchen has everything you need Gas Stove King Size, comfortable bed and cotton bedding Giant plasma tv with lots of canadian and us stations 15 minute walk to old vallarta 5 minute walk to the malecon Board games Ipod / Iphone clock radio dock Laundry on premises Weekly maid service Wow! It was a great value, much cheaper than a hotel of the same size and many, many more things included with the price.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Complex, Breathtaking views and everything you could want in PV!

It is hard to sum up my amazing stay in PV at Puesta Del Sol in a limited amount of words, but I will do my best. First of all, the location is perfect for what I was looking for. Nestled up in the hills a few blocks off the beach and Malecon, it was only a 5 minute walk to the Malecon and from there you can head either direction easily, south to old PV and the Romatic Zone which is awesome, or north a bit for more empty beaches. There are numerous restuarants (all of which we tried were amazing), art galleries, general stores, and at night all the best clubs and bars are an easy walk, even when heading home after having numerous margaritas on the soft white sand. The condo complex itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with perfect landscaping of tropical plants and trees around all paths on the property and the relxing pool with crystal clear water and nice lounge chairs and palapa to catch some shade from the Mexican Sun. The complex is quite secure and I never once doubted my safety or security during my weeklong stay, and the service staff were extremely nice and helpful and most accomodating, although I have to admit knowing some travelers Spanish is a great thing when having Mexican adventures. At dusk, the sun sets over Banderas Bay, and this specific condo at Puesta Del Sol might have one of the best sunset views in all of Mexico. The two sets of double doors that open to the bay provide breathtaking views of PV and Banderas bay. Inside the condo the stle and decor of the art and plants is impeccably authentic Mexican, with great artwork and furniture and even margarita glasses. Every appliance and linen and accessory I needed to not just to survive, but to thrive, was in the condo. I made many excellent full-course meals and everyday was sipping either coffee, tea, or margaritas while sitting on the balcony listening to the CD player. When time comes to get some Zzz, I had the doors to the balcony open to catch the cool sea breeze and sounds of the ocean and sleeping beach city. For me, a mid-twenties guy traveling with a girlfriend on a surf/adventure trip, I could not have asked for a more perfect stay in PV. Sufing Punta Burros in the day and coming home to Puesta del Sol in the evening made the entire trip mindblowing. The people of PV are kind and accomodating, and I dream of returning to PV and to Puesta del Sol. Thank you Terry for allowing us to stay in your home away from home. I'm out of words here,so BOOK IT NOW!

First, we know this wonderful condominium complex and were very excited to book this perfect apartment for 2 months. The location of the property is ideal and the residents are very upbeat. Unfortunately my husband became very ill suddenly and we could not go to Mexico. The owner was exceptionally kind to us. She made every effort to rent the condo for us and was able to give us our money back. We could not be more grateful to this amazing person. We hope to go to PV sometime in the future and would love to stay in this condo. We will always remember Terry who was so pleasant to us right from day one!

Great Place, Great Vacation

My sister and I spent a week in this lovely condo in mid-May 2010. The grounds are beautifully kept and the condo staff is incredibly helpful. The condo is great - clean, well-stocked with linens and cooking utensils/pans etc - and the view is unbelievable. Who wouldn't want to wake up to a view of the ocean every morning? The listing is very accurate. We enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants, in particular (for a very nice evening out) Cafe les Artistes. We also recommend a day-trip to Yelapa (and while there getting a piece of Augustina's pie). The condo complex is on the hill, up about 100 or so steps. We enjoyed the walk (it's rather quick) and the condo is at most a mile from most anything you could want to go to (although a lot is closer than that).

A wonderful experience! Loved Amelia at the front desk. What a sweetheart! The view from the balcony was great as well as the lounging at the pool. Very pleased with our selection and would love to come back! Yelapa was great...almost as good as the pies. Thanks for sharing! email: Our stay at your condo was wonderful. We would love to return in the future. The whole experience was one that we will remember forever. The condo was very comfortable and well laid out. The view of the bay and the city was outstanding. The pool was very nice and relaxing and everyone we met was happy. It was incredible how happy everyone seemed to be. The locals and vacationers alike. It would have been almost impossible to have anything but a good time. The restaurants were great and so were all the margaritas. There were many activities to chose from and everything we chose to do was fun. Thank you for allowing us to stay. I just hope it can be longer next time. Rick P.S. What a great place! Very comfortable and homey.... The staff here are so helpful and kind. Loved sitting on the balcony and sleeping with the doors wide open. Never needed the ac. This must be a great home away from home. Thank you! I hope to return!
