Seawinds Beach House will not let you forget that you are staying on "The World's Most Beautiful Beach." Blue, Green, White, with touches of yellow have been used with florals, nautical themed, tropical prints and coastal chic to create an elegant yet laid back, comfortable environment to get back to what matters most... THE beach! Quality bed and bath linens, fully equipped kitchen, televisions and brightly colored adirondacks on the balcony are some of the things you will find in this pretty, fully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bath beach townhouse. There is adequate room for eight.
The large inviting great room says "welcome" from the moment you enter. The Bay window, new furnishings and light nautical theme create a beautiful place to relax following a day on the beach. The dining room provides comfortable seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen is in its own clearly defined space yet the chef will not feel isolated. With a breakfast bar on one end and a laundry room on the other, this spacious galley style kitchen is large enough to accomodate two cooks. There is also plenty of storage space. The kitchen's intelligent design includes lots of cabinets, counter space and a reach in pantry. Convenient to the kitchen, is a back door that opens to a patio and privacy fenced back YARD. Cooks will love the convenience of cooking on the grill and stepping back inside to serve the beach crowd in air conditioned comfort. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
There are two full baths upstairs. Spacious, light and private are some of the accurate descriptions of the large master suite. The master suite, is a spacious private retreat, furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, easy chair and a sofas. A double dresser, tables and a large closet offer ample room for storage. A large window with view of the beach and the walk out, furnished balcony provide excellent opportunities to enjoy inspiring views of the beach and tropical sunsets over the Gulf. The master suite contains a private master bath. It is also equipped with sky lights. The dramatic vaulted ceiling of the master suite ads to the sense of spacious comfort.
The second bedroom is furnished with mathching double beds, bedside table and dresser. It also has a full size private bath and a walk out balcony offering a view of the private back yard. Multiple windows, floor to ceiling glass doors, two balconies, two patios, vaulted ceilings, sky lights and ceiling fans emphasize the light airy feeling.
We can coordinate rental of up to 3 townhomes at the same time. If you have a large group, such as a baseball or softball team for Wordl Series events, Contact us. We can often assist with multiple reservations at the same time.
