The condo has a master suite with (2) queen beds and a spacious walk-in closet with plasma cable TV and a full bath. The living room has a large pull out couch that comfortably sleeps (2), flat screen TV, I-Pod/CD player and a balcony. The kitchen is completely stock with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Across the street is a wonderful park with tennis, basketball courts, soccer fields and a great playground for kids. The unit has designated parking with quest spaces available right out the front door. All you need is your suglasses..........

My Husband and I live in upstate New York and needed a place to go in the winters to escape the snow. We love the beaches in Lauderdale by the Sea and that is why we bought the condo several years ago.
Why the Owner Chose Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
We choose Lauderdale by the Sea because of the beaches and there are no high rise condo buildings in our area. We are just a block from the beach and pier and across from a wonderful park. The area is great for walking, shopping and there is an abundance of restaurants to choose from. There is so much to do and we really don't ever use the car once were there.......
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Condominium
The biggest reason we love our condo is were so close to the beach. I know Lauderdale by the Sea has the nicest beaches in all of South Florida. We also enjoy the pier for fishing and long walks. Our condo is one of only 10 in the building and everything is just so convenient.
