Our bright and comfortable home encourages you to “Relax and Enjoy.” This 2 bedroom / 2 bath, 1300 square foot condo is situated on the second floor that overlooks one of the 8 lakes with fountains. The unit is only a short walk to the luxurious clubhouse that features a resort-like pool, sauna, lap pool, fitness center and library.
The living room’s overstuffed furniture invites you to enjoy an evening of movie watching or curling up with a good book. The entertainment center includes a TV, DVD and CD player.
The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and TV, and has direct access out to the lanai. The master bath includes a double sink vanity, large shower and 2 closets (one of which is a walk in.) The second bedroom with 2 twin beds is located on the other side of the home allowing for privacy. The unit offers a full size washer and dryer that are stored away in the hall closet. The eat-in kitchen has all the amenities of home.
As our guest, you will be able to fish (catch and release) on any of the 8 lakes and boat (available for use) on the largest of these lakes. The grounds offer 3 miles of walking/running paths, 4 tennis courts, and a half-court basketball court.
This lovely community is located a short 15 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, Naples and the Southwest Florida International Airport of Fort Myers (RSW); as well as minutes away from shopping at Coconut Point and Miramar Outlet Mall, fine dining, public golf courses and everything else Naples has to offer.
