This luxury Greystone property is located 1 block from Payette Lake Marina and downtown. It is walking distance to restaurants and summer activities. Brundage Mountain and Tamarack are easy driving distance for mountain biking and winter snow play.
The master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the upper level. It has an attached bath with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub, double sinks with good storage below. Next to it is another bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. A full bath with soaking tub is located in the hallway.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, an island work area, with Kitchen Aid stainless appliances. It comes equipped with service for 12, and many extras. The dining area has an expandable table that comfortably seats 8. Five stools are located at the island.
The cathedral ceiling living room has a raised stone hearth with a propane fireplace. This unit is air conditioned for those hot summer days. Located off the living room is a balcony for watching evening sunsets.
The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed. The media room is comfortable as a play area for the children and the convertible couch converts to a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stall shower. Full laundry facilities are located on this level with a built in ironing board.
The unit has a heated 2 1/2 car garage.

We had a wonderful vacation at Greystone! I really liked the way it was decorated. The location close to the lake was ideal and it wasn't very far to drive to the Brundage ski resort. It was so nice to have the garage to park in, especially when it snowed. I will return again and recommend this great vacation getaway to my friends. Looks like lots of great hiking, so I may try it in the summer time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
