The main floor: A large entry welcomes you to this contemporary home. Inside is a huge 15' x 18' Gourmet Kitchen with Slab Granite countertops & abundant coounter & cabinet space. A 9' island that includes seating for 6. All stainless appliances that include: silent dishwasher, double sinks, professional 48" gas range with double ovens, 6 burners, French griddle, and a professional hood, a French-door refrigerator and undercounter beverage center.
The kitchen opens to large Greatroom. The Greatroom has a dining area with table/chairs, a 15' Leather sectional couch, Flat panel TV. Greatroom opens to a heated & covered Lanai with a Gas BBQ & outdoor set. Kitchen, Greatroom and Lanai have views of Yaquina Bay, OSU Marine Science Center and the Yaquina Bay Bridge. A large Utility room has washer and dryer.
Also located on the main floor is a large Powder room. A Den & a Huge Master suite. The Master suite features a King bed, TV with DVD player and private deck with Bayviews. The master bath has double vanity, huge doble shower with rain and wall mounted shower heads and bench, and 6' jetted tub. It is finished in Travertine with heated floors and is very Spa like. A private toilet room and huge 9' x 12' walking closet that can be a nursery or extra sleeping area.
The den is set up as a children play/game room, and can be used as an additional sleeping area.
The Second floor: Includes, two bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and walk-in closet. A Theater room with riser seating, a Hi-def projection TV and a 106" Fixed screen. Included is a DVD library with over 300 titles.
Also there is a large Family room with a gas fireplace and a 12' x 10' adjoining Bar. TV/DVD/PS2 are included in the family room. The family room also opens to a deck, the bar, family room and decks all have Bay and Bridge views. Another full bathfeaturing and large shower is on this floor.
The Third floor: Has three bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed and one with double bunk beds. Both bunk beds have full size beds on the bottom and twins above. * (upper twin beds on bunks have 100lb weight limit)
A large Game room that features, foosball, and a arcade video game.
Game room opens to a large patio that has a fire pit and is your access to walking to the bayfront attractions. Two full bathrooms are also on this floor, one with a shower tub and one with a oversize shower.
Large Double garage and driveway. Plenty of street parking both in front of and behind the house.
