I stayed at the condo for 5 weeks and it was a great experience. Very clean, great community and perfect distance to downtown palm springs. Privacy is sort of an issue with the glass doors on the bedrooms, but other than that, the condo is perfect. It has all the necessities, you feel like you are at home! Definitely wish we could stay longer!!
Owner response:In response to the great feedback I received from this renter, I have installed pull-down shades on the opaque window bedroom doors. This allows renters to continue to enjoy the additional diffused light in the bedrooms during the day. By pulling down the shades, this provides flexibility to block out light (sleeping in) or additional privacy if both bedrooms are occupied.

Overall a very positive experience! The condo owner is a gracious, intelligent and thoughtful host. I found him to be a terrific listener. Very attentive and responsive to the observations that I shared with respect to a couple of minor housekeeping issues. The condo is comfortable and the location excellent. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. With the exception of a neighbors barking dog, the place is pretty quiet. The grounds and pool area were clean and nicely tended to. I'd also like to mention the management company - Thumbs up! Great people. All very friendly and professional. If it were my place there are a few things that I would change or upgrade. Namely the bed and bedding, including the pillows. The real question is, would I stay there again? The answer is yes. I liked it very much!

My name is Gabriel. I recently had to stay in Palm Springs for work. I rented a 2 bedroom condo at Casa Verde for a month. The over all value was incredible. It really felt like I was coming home at the end of the day. Soaking in the hot tub in the warm evenings after work really was a nice way to unwind. The condo comes with everything you can possibly need in the kitchen (speaking of cooking equipment, flatware, dishes, glasses, and of course martini glasses). There is a large flat screen TV with cable, and a selection of DVD's. The location was very central. Walking distance to everything. It was an overall excellent experience. I will certainly be back.
