Our home (built 1998) is tastefully decorated and situated on three acres with maples, pines, spruce, and birch in a private custom house area. The house is three stories with spectacular views from all rooms and deck. The main floor has an open kitchen-family room with fireplace, formal dining room, living room and library. The upstairs with two staircases has four bedrooms (one used as an office), another large office of +400sf with TV area and two full baths (the master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower). WIFI and 4 TV's and treadmill with flat screen TV are available.
The lower level is almost like a separate apartment; it includes a large bedroom,small refrigerator, microwave,toaster oven, full bath and family room with fireplace. Also, surround sound entertainment system and separate outside entrance.
House is within 10 miles of the Village of Stowe, minutes to SugarBush ski area, and minutes to Bolton Ski. Also, near the InterState 89 and 30 minutes to the Burlington Airport - this is a great Vermont location. Housekeeping is provided one morning per week and driveway is plowed as needed by local service.
