When you are not enjoying skiing, ice-skating, dog sledding and other winter sports, there is still plenty of shopping, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, river rafting, the resorts fitness center and billiards, and kids' game room to enjoy during the summer months. There are eight hot tubs with heated walkways and changing rooms in the buildings.

Since it hosted the Winter Olympics in 1960, The resort boasts some of the deepest snow in the world! Walk out the front steps of this condo and board one of the high-speed quad chairlifts, the Funitel gondola, or the 110 person cable car. The cable car is a spectacular ride 2,000 vertical feet to High Camp Bath and Tennis Club.
The cable car is one of Squaw Valley's most popular year-round attractions and is open to all guests, skiers, snowboarders, and walkers. At the summit, you will find panoramic views, restaurants, ice-skating, swimming, and the Olympic Heritage Museum, commemorating the 1960 Winter Olympic Games. High Camp is the hub that connects the lower mountain and the upper mountain chairs and runs.
After a long day on the slopes relax in one of the many hot tubs or stop in and enjoy apres' ski drinks and snacks at the many restaurants a few steps from the condos' front door. Enjoy, relax, revive!

Why the Owner Chose Squaw Valley (Olympic Valley)
Squaw Valley is the epitome of California skiing. The area boasts some of the deepest snow in the region, yet has a tremendous amount of sunshine throughout the season. It has the most diverse terrain and is suitable for families and extreme skiers as well. The Village has world class restaurants and nightlife and is easy to get to from all many major airports in Northern California and Nevada.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Unlike staying at other condos in The Village, ours has a full view of the entire mountain. It has two sets of double french doors that open up onto patios that look directly up at the the mountain. You can see everything right from your bed. While staying at our condo, you can walk out the front door and catch one of the 8 primary base lifts including the cable car and gondola. This leads to high camp where the balance of the 27 available lifts connect. We have 8 jacuzzis, a pool table, media room, kids play room and saunas available day or night. The parking is heated and underground just steps away from the elevator up to the condo. It is truly a skiers paradise!

We are a family of four that are avid skiers and snowboarders. It has been a part of our lives from a very young age. We have taught skiing in the past and skied all over the US. We looked at all of the major ski resorts to find the perfect place to have a second home and found it here at Squaw Valley. It is the perfect mix of terrain and has all the high end amenities and restaurants. We just love it and we know you will too!
