Considering a roomy, comfortable waterfront home instead of a crowded condo? This is it!
Home is contemporary, updated, fresh & fun.
Escape to either of the 2 private decks and screened sitting porch -all overlooking the scenic bayou marina. Having breakfast or cocktails on the sitting porch is one of our favorite things to do.
Home is located in the quiet Chamale' Cove Marina neighborhood just a quick 40 min drive to New Orleans and one hour drive to Biloxi casinos and beaches. Many local festivals such as Mardi Gras, Wooden Boat, Olde Towne, Strawberry, Crawfish, Seafood, VooDoo & French Quarter to mention a few. A fun, interesting festival can be found in any small town on any weekend.
Our marina has a private boat ramp for renters and owners. Home includes a 35ft private boat slip right out your back door. Boat in picture not included.
Luxury, high thread count linens provided with pillow top mattresses. 50" PLASMA TV, movie & music library.
A guest membership to the neighborhood tennis and social club is walking distance from the house. Please ask for additional pricing.
