This is our second stay at this property. We have found the apt to be in neat and orderly and central to the city and activities we wanted to do. The owners could not be nicer and were quite helpful with city parking and accommodating our small dog. I would recommend the property to people who are looking for a homier atmosphere versus a hotel room when visiting the city. The yard is quite lovely and would be great during the spring and summer for outdoor eating and activity. Beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. All the amenities of home!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

We visited Chicago with our 3 sons in late July, and were very happy about the apartment. The service minded landlord was conveniently living in the same building, and the neighborhood was really nice. We parked our car right on the street, and made use of go-as-you please tickets on the L-train, which is conveniently located a few blocks away. We appreciated the opportunity to use the back yard and felt safe and comfortable.

This apartment is in a great location in Lincoln Park. We walked to dinner-many great options close by. In the morning we walked to the Brown Line and went to the Loop for a day of shopping. Super comfy and spacious apartment. We were so pleasantly surprised! Owner is VERY accommodating. Most enjoyed a cup of coffee out on the patio in the morning. It's peaceful and serene. Almost forgot we were in the city! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to stay again.

Owner response:We love to hear from our guests. Chicago is a great city and Lakeview/Lincoln park area where our apartment is located is very walkable and filled with good restaurants and shops. So come to Chicago and enjoy staying in a vintage flat while exploring all the things Chicago has to offer!
