This house has recently been completely remodeled and is located on Woodbeck Lake, part of the Woodbeck Chain of Lakes (woodbeckchainoflakes com). Enjoy 170 feet of secluded frontage on five private all-sport lakes. Newly remodeled, this rental has a welcoming feeling with clean and up to date furnishings, which make this vacation property great for a week or two. The master bedroom, which is on the main floor, has a king bed with sliders that give a beautiful view of the lake and which also lead out onto the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. Bathrooms have a full tub and/or stand up shower. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with living and dining areas which also have a spectacular view of the lake. Sorry, no smoking.
You will love the lake experience as you walk out to your private lake front or sit on the large deck and enjoy the spectacular views. The deck is furnished with brand new patio furniture, hammock, a gas grill, and two fire pits to enjoy in the evenings.
Biking:
Fred Meijer Flat River Trail: This paved pedestrian trail has won the “Quality of Life Award” by the American Society of Civil Engineers, West Michigan branch. The trail currently encircles the City and is approximately 7 miles long.
The Fred Meijer Heartland Trail is a paved pedestrian path that traverses through woodlands, wetlands, farmland, small towns and rolling hills. The trail extends approximately 30 miles. From Greenville, enter the trail via Lake Road (off of Peck Rd) just north of Greenville. Take the trail north through Sidney, Stanton and McBride to Edmore, then East through Vestaburg to Riverdale.

Why the Owner Chose Greenville
The house was purchased in 2003. I was born and raised on the Woodbeck Chain of Lakes and my family owns a home on Banks Lake. My wife and I wanted a cottage for our children and this allowed us the best opportunity to own a cottage near my family, relatives and is close to the Detroit area. It a small community, but has everything that anyone would need from Walmart, Meijer, Kmart and even Applebee's.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Lakes are private and provide a unique boating experience to cruise all 5 power boat lakes. The Woodbeck Lake Assoc provides local leadership and overall control.
