Just spent 10 nights in this fabulous condo with our 3 children. The unit is exactly as described; fantastic location, spacious, comfortable and generously equipped with everything you could need. The incredible view from the screened in lanai is the icing on the cake! It's an easy 5 min walk to the large, beautiful beach and the Regatta's pools are a great place to cool off. Ron, the owner is very easy to work with and goes out of his way to cater to all your needs. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking to vacation in the Naples area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our third visit to the Regatta in Napels and by far the finest condo we have rented. Spectacular views from the 11th story lani of the beach, the water and the sunset. The unit is immaculatley maintained and beautifully appointed. We entertained friends for cocktails and found there was more than enough very nice wine glasses, cocktail glasses, etc. Great stero and CD player, three TV's etc. When we return to Naples we will be certain to stay in this condo again and again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was immaculate and well-decorated. We had all the supplies and utilities we needed and the location is great -- a block away from the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Ron was wonderful to work with and made the rental process easy.

My wife and I stayed here for 16 nights at the end of May / beginning of June 2009. The apartment was beautifully furnished and although we had some unexpected rain for two days, we were still able to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen area was very well equipped and we had no problems alternating between eating out at the local restaurants and enjoying our own home cooking. A home from home!

We stayed at Regatta over Thanksgiving week and found it to be a terrific vacation place. The condo is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. The regatta has everything you would want,and an excellent location as well.
