This property is very unique in so far as it is an original beach bungalow that has been completely refurbished and is known for being one of the most gorgeous little cottages in the neighborhood. It is decorated beautifully with all antiques and a new kitchen with a sub zero refrigerator and Wolf over and stove top. It is cook's delight. It also has fabulous distressed hardwood flooring throughout and a huge bathtub to luxuriate in after a day in the sun.
The outdoor courtyard/patio has a wood burning fireplace with beautiful patio furniture and dining table. There is also outdoor built in heating for cozy evening around the fireplace.
The living room sports a built in flat screen television and there is another TV in the armoire in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has a trundle pop up that makes up into a very comfortable king size bed.
The home is small but very cozy. It also had an outside shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach.
