Queen-sized Pillow-top Mattress - Santa Monica Vacation Condo with Roof-top Swimming Pool Welcome to my 1 bedroom Apartment ! You have made an excellent choice! This apartment is in the heart of Santa Monica and situated near world-class restaurants and boutiques. Walk one block to the famous 3rd Street Promenade and Main Street which attracts many shoppers from locals and tourists. Don’t be surprised if you see an occasional celebrity or two on the 3rd Street Promenade. You can also take a stroll to the Santa Monica Pier and catch a show or maybe a ride on the world famous Farris wheel. Only a 3 block walk to the Beach and a stones throw away from Malibu Beach and the Pacific Coast Highway. There is a roof-top swimming pool,spa and gym for your access. 5 miles from LAX. Also near major freeways which will take you right to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood and Sunset Blvd. I will provide you with all of the amenities from home. You will have all of the luxuries of a hotel but without the high cost. Live like a local and not like a tourist. There is a Queen Size pillow-top bed, a queen size sofa bed and 1 air mattress. My apartment will provide you with all of the luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and furnishings of home (which is designed by my personal interior designer). If you don't feel like cooking, I have a folder FULL of Menus so that you can order room service...I will provide all linen, cutlery, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV, high speed internet and an IPod Dock to play all of your favorite tunes! Why pay $12.00 a night for parking at a hotel when I will provide you with a FREE underground parking space in the garage. There is even a washer and dryer in the apartment. After a long day at the beach, relax in my luxury apartment and live like you were born and raised in LA. Walk to Montana Avenue which is the local’s favorite Avenue for upscale boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafés, movie theatres, yoga, Pilates, etc.), LA's best farmers' markets, and abundant recreational opportunities, ie. bike rentals, roller blading are at your fingertips.....
