Villa Longleaf is a 5 star destination for the most discriminating traveler or resident that desires a 1 of kind location in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead district. This home was built in 2004 and has been featured in many local and national publications. An extensive art collection is displayed throughout the home.
The home is 3000 square feet with a private walled garden and 4-car garage. The antique dining table seats 8. The kitchen features a Wolf gas range. All bedrooms open out onto the walled garden. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the master bath has a deep tub, a large shower and double vanities by WaterWorks. Each of the other bedrooms has a full bath. TVs are provided in all the bedrooms and in the master bath. A whole house sound system is available in all rooms. The cherry paneled den has a sofa bed and a full bath.
Villa Longleaf is located adjacent to a small park across from the historic Wieuca Road Baptist Church and 1 block off Peachtree Street. Atlanta's best shopping and entertainment are within a 5-minute walk. The very upscale Phipp's Plaza is on the same block and includes Sak's and many upscale boutiques as well as a movie theater, pub, and restaurants. The Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental Hotel, The Hilton, and Lenox Square are all located nearby on Peachtree Street.
