Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels
I like the older historic feel of this cute home. And it has a fabulous pecan treed yard. The concrete slab inthe back was very important to me so that I can expand the house in the future.
New Braunfels is one of the best small towns in Texas.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Large private fenced yard is a plus for BBQing outside with a big family.
Quaint feel inside and that master bedroom suite is awesome.
People have really been surprised when they walk in and get the 'feel' of the house.
