  My husband and I went down for a week for our honeymoon. The condo was where we spent most of our time because my husband got the flu the day we arrived. The view is incredible and I spent most of my time on the balcony overlooking the water. There are many things to do close by and the locals are super friendly! We had to cancel most of our activities but we didn't mind hanging out at the apartment because of it's incredible view. Great location for doing just about anything the keys offers. I highly recommend anyone who wants a quite friendly keys get away to stay here.

  This condo is right in the middle of everything! The bathroom is very small, but we worked around it (nice updated shower).

  This unit exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The Summer Seas condo complex is centrally located to all area attractions too. Relax and enjoy the privacy of the heated pool or bring your boat and dock at your door. Great restaurants nearby and a leisurely drive to Key West with stops along the way to enjoy your FL Keys experience. Everything we anticipated and more!!! We will book this unit again. We would buy this unit if it were for sale! A perfect vacation for two...

  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. You cannot get better views at such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. We would totally stay here again and recommend this unit to friends.

  This was our second year staying at Mark and Janet's condo. It is in a great location and is a very well maintained property. You will be hard pressed to find a better view from the balcony than this unit has. Sit on the balcony with a drink and you feel like you are in the islands. The sunset is amazing from either the rooptop or the balcony. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you like to fish there are nice mangrove snapper right off the back dock (ballyhoo works best). There are other ammenities in the building as well such as a pool table room, fitness center, adult pool and child pool. So staying "in for the day" and relaxing there was plenty to do.

  We have never been to the Flordia Keys. We After much reasearch for VRBO's we came across Mark and Janet. After talking to Mark I knew this was the place to stay. Their condo is cute and perfect for the get away you need. We enjoyed staying there since it was off peak season and would for sure rent from them again. Thank you Mark and Janet!

  This was an OUTSTANDING CONDO!! It had many recent renovations and upgrades done...tile/glass shower, new furniture, tile floors, stainless steel appliances, leather couches, flat screen TV...... The condo is very clean. The building itself is well managed, quiet and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The owners were excellent to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo, and by far, it was the best trip to Islamorada ever! The condo was perfect! Not only is it impeccable and beautifully decorated but its location made it easy to get to anywhere easily! We would love to stay there again! Def a great place and the owners were a breeze to work with!!!

  PARADISE PERFECT is this beautiful location & fabulous, well-equipped UPSCALE 1 bedroom condo. Spacious, open & airy with high-end designer furnishings & tropical details. Marble everywhere & in seamless glass shower!LARGE, SUNNY, WATERFRONT ROOMS WITH FREE INTERNET, BALCONY & WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH NEW APPLIANCES. FIVE STARS FOR UNIT & KUDOS FOR GROUNDS, AMMENITIES, BIG POOL, ELEVATORS ETC. We've made Keys trip 12 yrs & this is the BEST UNIT we've found at REASONABLE PRICE! And, Summer Seas is gated, with keyed lobby entry & nice sized 4 story elevator bldg with waterview lobby & waterview game room overlooking pool (air hockey, pool table, board games, large TV & video library). So much more at Summer Seas than hotel room & lower price! Islamorada is beautiful & our favorite "key" & centrally located for visiting Key Largo (20 min) & Key West (90 min)& fishing, snorkeling & shopping & sightseeing. The owners were so nice & easy to work with. We will plan early to book this unit again next year. It's very special & we were lucky to discover it. Let's just keep it our little "secret spot".
