  10 of us, 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 10yr. old stayed here for a week, we could not be happier with the accomodations provided by the owners Margie and John, it is all they say it is and more, beautiful vistas, lots of space, kids loved the GAME ROOM with the arcade games, pool table and, board games provided by the owners. We all spent time in the Hot Tub, especially the kids, large TV's, big beds, its close enough to the Pigion Forge, and Gattlinburg attractions to be convenient, but high enough in the hills to fell like your a million miles away from it. Cabin is clean and well maintained, sitting on the back porch in the morning having my coffee was one of my favorite things to do. The views are incredible and always changing because of the sun and the Smoke of the mountains, I highly recommend this cabin to rent and will do it again in the future. We Zip Lined at SMOKY MOUNTAIN ZIP LINES (close by) and rafted at SMOKY MOUNTAIN OUTDOORS, White Water Rafting we recommend it, Drive trails in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK we took and liked were GROTTO FALLS if you like strenuous hiking go see the falls, otherwise just drive the loop trail, and CADES COVE is a great drive loop with sightings of bears possible, we recommend it.   WOW, words and pictures do not describe how beautiful and huge this cabin is!This is truly a luxury cabin with spectacular views and every possible ammenity you could ask for. All 5 of my children ages, 10,14,14,17 & 21 agreed it was the best vacation we've had in the Smokies . My kids even wanted to leave Dollywood 2 hours early to go back to the cabin because they had so much fun in the cabin with the arcade games and pool table and large tvs in all rooms. We liked the large DVD library/binder too! We loved everything about the cabin. It is huge and beautiful and had so much for everyone to do. It was my oldest child's 21st birthday and one of my son's 14th birthday and they both agreed it was the most awesome birthday ever because of the cabin. I like that it is in a beautiful gated and secure resort. I would recommend this cabin to anyone for any occasion! The owners are wonderful to deal with!

  This cabin is located in Bear Creek Crossing which is convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The roads within the resort are nicely paved and well maintained. A gated entrance provides additional security as well. John and Margie were professional, prompt and very professional to deal with. The cabin is extremely spacious and is great for large groups or multi-families. It was very nice to have bedrooms on each floor which gave us the required privacy we needed during the stay, but has a large enough main floor for us to eat our meals in the large kitchen or watch a movie in the open and spacious living room. This cabin is also nicely equipped with various entertainment amenities, such as flat screen TV's in the bedrooms, pool table, video games and a large DVD library. It also has a small playhouse and toys for the younger kids. The adults will also enjoy the private hot tub on the mail floor deck which gives you awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Overall, we highly recommend this cabin and you will appreciate working with John and Margie.

  we stayed here in july 2010, 3 adults and 5 children. we had a great time, the kids enjoyed the pool table and video games while the adults watched movies upstairs. the hot tub was used nightly! and the grill was perfect for steak night. unfortunately for us it was booked already for this year for our july trip. and when i say unfortunately for us, boy do i mean it. we ended up staying elsewhere and were miserable. the kids kept saying they just wanted to go back to last years cabin. note to self, book early!! :)

  Very nice log cabin style home. Perfect for several families. Almost spookily secluded yet other homes are right next door. Cabin resort setting. Very high in the hills, in the country, yet 10 minutes from town. Great views. Resort has two pools, both adequate but not lavish, and a putt-putt course, same. Would stay again. WISH THEY HAD FOOSBALL TABLE! 20-30 minutes to downtown Gatinburg. By the way, while in Gatlinburg, park at the Museum of Christ, close to everything (5 minute walk to aquarium, 2 minutes to Sky-Lift, Ripley's, etc.) and cost $5 all day. One additional note, there are some stairs, if you have a disability you might not be able to reach the lower level (pool table, video games, 2 bedrooms) or even the front door for that matter. Was not a problem for us.

  We rented this cabin on the spur of the moment for President's Day Weekend. We feel truly fortunate for having found this cabin. It is exactly as promised and the owners were very responsive. For this rental we were two families of four, 4 adults and 4 children ages 6-12. The cabin is clean, everything looks like new and it is well equiped including the kitchen. We particularly enjoyed having a real gas grill, Most cabins in this area tend to have the charcoal grills you find in public parks. We have rented several times in the area, primarily up in Gatlinburg. Because we were there for a short weekend, we decided to opt for Sevierville so we didn't have to spend the extra time driving through Pigeon Forge and up into Gatlinburg. You will still have to deal with some traffic/construction in Sevierville but the turn off for the cabin really keeps that to a minimum and you have the beauty of the hills. WalMart nearby in case you need anything. The cabins here are closer together than some others in the area, but we were not necessarily more aware of our neighbors than we were at other properties. You do have almost complete visual privacy. If you have seniors or people that find stairs challening note that there is a king bedroom/bath on the main floor. A lovely deck with the hot tub is on this level too. The pool table and arcade games are on the lower level and there is no hand rail. We didn't have the grandparents with us this time, but it would have worked for us if we did. I definitely recommend this cabin/owner and will likely return since Pesident's Day in the area has become a tradition. Next time we'll likely add a third night.

  This is by far one of the nicest vacation properties we have rented! The cabin is spacious and has a great floor plan for multiple families - it was perfect my husband and I (getting up onto the bed on the main floor was indeed a nightly source of entertainment for us 2 very short people! LOL), our 2 daughters and sons-in-law and 3 grandchildren. The cabin is large enough that we could all have our "space" when we wanted it, but still cozy enough for our family. The beds (all king size) are so comfortable and the linens are good quality, making for getting good sleep each night. The upstairs master suite is wonderful! We found the half bath on the main floor very convenient since we had 2 three-year-olds with us. We prepared our family Thanksgiving dinner while there and the huge dining room table was perfect for accommodating our turkey and all the trimmings. We actually enjoyed the 3.5 mile curvy drive from town and up to the cabin - it allowed us the "mountain top" experience but was still suitable to our driving preferences. The cabin was clean, well-maintained and was decorated/furnished in a very appealing theme - the kids especially loved the bears everywhere (in the cabin, that is!) We enjoyed drinking our morning and evening coffee on the spacious decks, while taking in the magnificent views. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table occupied my 12-yr old grandson and sons-in-law. We called maintenance one time and he answered promptly and answered our questions. We enjoyed the activities that the area has to offer - especially the Roaring Forks Motor Trail, the Trolley Tour of Lights, the Dixie Stampede Christmas Show, outlet malls and of course walking in downtown Gatlinburg. We truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin - I would definitely recommend it to others!

  Our family of seven stayed at this cabin just before the July 4th holiday. We found an excellent, last-minute deal on Craigslist. The cabin is truly lovely, with many extras. It is NOT terribly secluded nor is it in a "back to nature" environment, but it is not advertised that way either. It is in a nice resort community that offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as a mini-golf course. Our only troubles were with a nest of wasps on the porch (which my husband took care of), the jacuzzi jets did not work, and one of the arcade games did not work. However, that was all small potatoes compared to the pleasantness of our surroundings. A couple of tips: If you have a mobility-imparied person, the steps into the cabin are a bit slanted, and the bed on the main floor is VERY high, which made it difficult for our 86-yr old grandmother to climb in. However, we utilized the stool from the hot tub and it worked out well. Also, request an inventory list of items in the cabin, to make sure there is no misunderstanding of what is, and what is not, actually included in the rental. All in all, a lovely cabin and Margie was super sweet to work with.

The arcade is fixed as well as the jacuzzi. I know you can get the best prices with us, but, we are not handicap accessable. However, there is a cabin in Bear Creek Crossing that is if that would help for your next stay. Oh yeah, and those pesty wasps. They followed me back to Atlanta! :) They seem to go where I go. More seriously, wasps often like to build their nests on the outside of log homes. We have an exterminator coming out this week! Thanks for your stay. Come back and visit sometime.   we decided to take our kids and grandkids on a spring break trip and liked the looks of this cabin when we saw the listing. We contacted the owners and they immediately got back with us to let us know that it was available for the dates we wanted. When we arrived, the whole group was excited that this beautiful mountain retreat would be our home-away-from-home for the next few days. It is very close to all the tourist activities but far enough away to be able relax when we wanted. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs, video games and all the movies available. When we weren't busy fixing meals in the spacious kitchen, we were enjoying the rocking chairs on the decks. It was a great experience and when the time was up everyone wanted to know when we could come back again!

  Wow, words just can't say how lovely this home was during our stay. The upkeep and ammenities in this cabin were wonderful. The view was spectacular!! The space was outrageous. We had 3 families staying in the home and it was like you had your own place. The 3 floors separated the families and it was wonderful. On the top floor I enjoyed the master bedroom with it's own shower, fireplace, TV and whirlpool tub. On the main floor my son, his wife and 5 month old enjoyed their bedroom with quick access to the outdoors. On the bottom floor my daughter, husband and two children ages 4 years and 20 months enjoyed their two rooms with the game room in the middle. Excellent arangement!! The cabin comes with so many extras it is hard to fit them all in to this space but there was a washer/dryer, dishwasher, big screen TV with satalite access. Wonderful is all I can say. The town had so many activities we almost didn't get to enjoy the cabin - I know we never got to the outdoor/indoor pool or the mini golf even though they looked inviting. There was just WAY too much to do in town. Enjoyed our stay and THANKS for having us.
