We were blown away by the beauty of this unit at Aqua! It was our first time staying at Aqua and will only be staying here from now on. Mike and Janice are so nice and attentive to any questions that we had. It is beautifully decorated and so relaxing! Highly recommend!

A week in paradise!

My husband and I have enjoyed our stay immensly! The weather was beautiful...but HOT! Water was blue-green in color and gorgeous...not to mention so clear you could see the fish nibbling on your toes! We were able to snorkel right from the beach and seen lots of hermit crabs, sand dollars, jelly fish and even a few sting rays! The AQUA has lots of perks...including LOCATION. You are definately in the middle of all the action. So much to do that we ran out of time before doing it all. Awesome restaurants, including: The Boatyard, Dirty Dicks Crab House, Sharkeys and Shuckums. I can not forget to mention the condo itself. Absolutely beautiful. We loved the balcony. Spent lots of time out there throughout the day and night enjoying the sights and sounds. Its is a very large balcony with nice comfy furniture. The condo had all the elements of home and nicely decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. And finally, Janice the owner, was very prompt at returning phone calls and keeping us posted of code changes and such as this was a last minute booking. She even called us during the week to check on us! If we ever return to Panama Beach we will be staying here again...and we will be bringing the rest of the family!

Janice and Michael what a beautiful place. What a great location, close to Pier Park and the wonderful shopping. I loved the balcony with fantastic views of the water and a great place to watch the dolphins in the early morning hours. The condo offers so many ammenities, such as the spacious rooms and great, well equipped, kitchen. It worked out so well for us to have the two bathrooms with the 5 of us, amazing how we never felt to crowded. While there I really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub as well as the padded, covered chairs at the beach. It was quite difficult to come back to Kansas. I can't wait to return.

Went Jetskiing to Shell island and swam with the dolphins. Had wonderful dining @ the Boatyard & my favorite was Uncle Ernies and Shuckums across the street. It was a wonderful time and a wonderful place to stay. Was my second time here and I will be back again soon!

Perfect Spring Break

The Aqua condominium was perfect for our Spring Break trip. I took my 87-year-old father (who loved sitting on the spacious balcony with the gorgeous sunset ocean views), my 15-year old son and his friend (who loved being able to walk to the Pier Park when the ocean, heated pool and our company started to bore them!). I loved grabbing my book, hat & beach bag and going down to sit on my cushioned, shaded beach lounger (no chairs and umbrella's to lug around!). The condo itself was clean, well-appointed and very spacious. I loved having the bunk room set near the front door, away from the living area and master bedroom, since teen boys like to stay up way later than mom does. The owners were very attentive & accommodating. Even though we were on the ninth floor and the spring break crowds abounded, we never had to wait long for the high-speed elevators. The boys enjoyed the indoor heated pool, though it isn't large and was usually full of younger kids. The property is perfectly situated an easy walk from Pier Park without being so close that you feel crammed together on the beach. We will definitely plan to revisit this condo at a future date!

We have stayed at this condo three times over the past three years and have enjoyed each year. Aqua is a well maintained building, with excellent staff, and in a perfect location, close to Pier Park and many restaurants.The unit is well kept and furnished with all you need. We do not eat out often, but do enjoy Margaritaville and Panera Bread for lunch. The sunsets viewed from the balcony are stunning, and the dolphins swimming by almost daily are very entertaining. Janice and Michael are very helpful and easy to deal with. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Beach Condo in Panama City Beach

My wife and I have been coming to Panama City Beach on extended vacations for years. Several years ago, we discovered the Aqua Condominiums through VRBO. We have stayed there every year since. The unit we rent each year is excellently located on some of the most beautiful beaches in America. Also just a few blocks from shopping, theaters and many other nice properties and restaurants. We take our bicycles and rarely need our car. The unit has excellent accomodations both inside the unit and on the property. We really could not ask for anything else. But to top it all off, the owners are outstanding to deal with when we contact them to plan our vacation each year. A truly fabulous value for our money and we intend to stay there often in the future.

Aqua Stay

We stayed at Aqua for 11 nights. We booked only a few days before and the owners were very flexible and accommodating re: our dates and deposit. We had read reviews and other condos in Panama City Beach before selecting Aqua. We were not disappointed. The 1 bedroom condo was spacious and well-appointed. The almost-new appliances were well-maintained. The one bedroom with huge ensuite was lovely. The bed was a king--cozy and warm. The bathroom, with separate shower and tub, linen closet and double sinks was great. The elevators were fast ...the female announcer in the elevator was funny but helpful. The pools, hot tub and landscaping were outstanding. The beach was fantastic, as we knew it would be. We had reserved chairs and umbrella all week, which was great. The water was warm and the weather mostly sunny all the time we were there. We drove from Canada, and it was a pretty easy drive there and back. The parking across the street was effortless. The best part about this condo was the balcony..it was huge and the view was fantastic. We always made sure we were back in time upstairs (tearing ourselves away from the beach and/or pool) for a sunset glass of wine. The sunsets were spectacular. One evening we saw a pod of dolphins leaping in the water just offshore, headed west toward the dipping tangerine sun. Breath-taking! While at Aqua we met some other owners. We saw a 3 bedroom which would be great for 3 couples. Two had ensuites, and the other a separate bath. All had queen or king beds. But the balcony was smaller on this unit. Our one bedroom also had a tiny den/bedroom with no door, but perfect for 2 children as it had cute bunkbeds, nighttable with another bath just down the hall. Would we go back to the one bedroom. Definitely!

We had a wonderful weekend in a wonderful condo. Had everything you could need, well stocked kitchen, huge balcony with comfy chairs. Great views from this 9th floor. (and I don't like heights but the balcony is quite deep so I felt ok) No problems with elevators or parking. Having the chair set and umbrella is a huge bonus. Beds were comfy, and my twin 10 year old girls loved their own bunk room with a tv. Area by the front door to store your floats and nets. Snack bar by the big pool offered a quick lunch and was very convenient. We walked to the pier ($2 fee) and watched the fishermen catch a shark and bluefish, and then some fireworks were set off down the beach at the other pier. Margaritaville's is a must..."cheeseburger in paradise". This was a last minute booking and Janice made it very easy. Only thing missing was my husband who is serving overseas, but with the internet and skype he could see the condo and know we were in a safe secure place. Weather was great, and the water was warm, though some algae one day and beautiful and clear the other two, but that's beyond anyone 's control. Highly recommend this unit and condo building.

A Little Piece of Heaven

There are so many positive things to say about this condo that I don't even know where to begin. First of all we love the location...walking distance to Pier Park is a huge plus. We love the large balcony with seating or lounging for everyone. We love the master bedroom having balcony access. We love the trunk at the entry door to deposit all the beach toys. The kids love their room with bunks and a tv. My list could go on and on....but I sure don't want to forget to mention Janice and Michael. They were such a pleasure to work with and I thank them for sharing their condo with my family. We plan on returning to this condo year after year....in fact I'm already in the process of making reservations for next spring break and summer. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

we just returned from our second stay at this wonderful condo, we thought last year was so great we stayed here again this year. The biggest thing that we didn't realize last year was LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Aqua is in the middle of everything, from pier park (shopping and restaurants) and the newly opened fishing pier to gulf world (a must see) to golf,dolphin tours or boat rentals. The owners only have one thing in mind when working with you is that your stay is the best it can be and it will be.

We just got home from The Aqua and we had an awesome vacation. The condo is amazing and was everything we hoped it would be. The free beach chairs were such a great amenity and we enjoyed them everyday for HOURS. It is close enough to Pier Park to walk and we did so many times for dinner and shopping. The new pier is also within walking distance and made for an interesting afternoon. Our favorite restaurant was Boat Yard and we also enjoyed Gulf World. This is a high class place that was clean and safe. The owners are nice and easy to work with. You will not regret your choice of Aqua room 908!
