Newly renovated, ski-in/ski-out, 4 Bedroom condo with 2 living areas. Flat screen TV's in every room including den and living room. Adjacent to Silver Lake Lodge in Deer Valley.
The condo is located in the STERLING LODGE, which is adjacent to the SILVER LAKE LODGE in the Deer Valley resort. Main street in Park City is a 5-7 minute Drive.
The STERLING LODGE building is parallel and has easy ski-in/out access to HOMESTAKE RUN. If you ski down this run for about 100 yards, you will be standing in front of the SILVER LAKE LODGE and in close proximity to several ski lifts. It is also located next to Deer Valley Club and Sterling Lodge guests are able to use the pool and work-out facilities.
The condo is about 12 years old. It was purchased in 2006 and subsequently remodeled. The majority of the furniture was purchased in the fall of 2006. The interior walls were refinished and repainted. All of the wood beams were refinished and granite counters were added in the kitchen. Flat screen TV's were installed in every room. Below you will find bedding accommodations for every bedroom.

Upper Floor:
-Master Bedroom has a fire place, King size bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV and has access to an outdoor deck.
-Bunk Bedroom adjacent to MBR has a Queen size bed and a single bed above it. It also has a single bed that rolls out from under the Queen.
-Ski Prep room is about 6 x 14, has ski racks, boot storage, and upper storage for helmets, etc. It also has benches. It has an exit into the hallway and is about 20 feet from the elevator. You take the elevator 1 floor up, turn left. Exit that takes you to the slope is about 30 feet away.
Main Floor:
-Living Room has a couch and 4 comfortable lounging chairs. It seats 7. It has a Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD player as well as a stereo system and fireplace.
-Fully equipped kitchen has a counter that sits 5.
-Dining room table sits 8
-Hot Tub is located on the deck off the main floor.
-Half bath
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
Lower Floor:
-Den with couch (pull out double) and a chair. TV, DVD and stereo system.
-Bedroom with 2 full size beds.
-Bedroom with king size bed.
