Holy cow! My family and I stayed here for a weekend but I wish it were the entire week. This truly makes you feel at home; no expenses spared here. Warm, inviting, clean, and HUGE! Even my 3 year old loved this property. There is a movie room, play room with toys for the kids, a pool table, comfortable warm beds, and such a beautiful kitchen. Nothing is very far in Flagstaff, but you will want a car to get around. Property is minutes away from freeways and down town Flag.

Will Exceed Your Expectations

The owner Jim mentioned in one of his emails that this property would exceed my expectations, and that it DID!!! We (8 adults and 5 children) were at this home for an extremely short time and as a result of that were not able to ENJOY every fantastic thing about it. We had reservations at a hotel, and because I have a relationship with VRBO, I decided to see if I could find a homeowner that would work with me. It is difficult around the holidays since most opportunities are booked way in advance..but one never knows unless you look! When you walk in this home you feel like you are in the lobby of an exquisite hotel. The children (ages 8 months to 4 1/2) loved this home and all the items tucked away that they could play with. The beds were comfortable, each room more relaxing than the other. Did not get to use the theater. If you need it, it is available to you in this home. No need to pack anything other than your food (and no packing needed..since there are grocery stores nearby) Privacy needed? One can always find a spot in this home to be alone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The Polar Express in Williams was the reason for our trip, which was another memorable exciting experience.

Each year we take a family vacation. By family I mean, Grandma, Grandpa, children and their most wonderful spouses and lots incredible grandchildren. From the moment we walked through the front door it was a wonderful experience. The home was beautiful and spacious and comfortable. We had so much fun fixing meals together while the kids played upstairs in the toy room. We so appreciated that there were sleds provided for the sledding experience. We even found two Geocaching locations nearby. Everybody loved hiking around in the snow as we searched for the "treasure." The homeowners had thought of everything to make our time there enjoyable, relaxing and stress free. The morning that we were packing to leave I found my granddaughter sitting in a chair in the living room and I asked her if she was ok? She said she didn't want to leave. She had had so much fun hanging out with her cousins! Thanks to the homeowners for letting us use their home to enjoy each others company, play, laugh, eat, and make lasting memories.

The Perfect Family Getaway

The owners of this rental property have created the perfect place to escape to. From the minute we walked through the door, we felt pampered by the luxuriuos surroundings and at the same time right at home and loved exploring all of the little nooks and crannies. There is room for everyone to spread out. In spite of it's size, it feels cozy and inviting. Our family loved staying in this beautifully decorated home and would highly recommend it to other large families or anyone who wants to feel pampered by their surroundings.

"The raving reviews are well deserved for this AMAZING mansion. True to its description, though the pictures do not do it justice. My girlfriend "WOW”ed her way through the maze of elegant rooms. Bring your camera, your friends, your family, and anyone you want to impress, you will all be very pleased.Pros: High Quality home from solid construction to elegant and classy finishes. Extremely spacious rooms, with a lavish entry that will make you feel like a monarch. There is ample entertainment and comfort for everyone, from the impressive game room with a full size pool table, foosball, Nintendo 64, and games galore, to the projection room with surround-sound and tons of channels. The listing description is comprehensive, but I want to add that the home and its content are really very high quality, the heating is very good, quiet and discrete, the furniture comfortable, decorations tasteful and appliance are top of the line, and I must add that the mattress in the master bedroom was the best ever (be sure to claim dibs on it!) The neighborhood is very quiet and off the crowded center of town. The view of the mountain from the house and patio is a bonus, but your eyes will be kept sufficiently satisfied on the inside!All of the above is nothing however, compared to the kindness and friendliness of the owners. I have rented many vacation rentals before, never have I interacted with anyone so friendly on the phone and professional in their arrangements, and who was as eager to have their guests have an excellent experience. After reviewing the information about the home and seeing the pictures we expected a comfortable stay. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is gorgeous! As spacious and the home is it does not feel cavernous. There were several places I was able to relax with the fireplace going and read! I especially like the the layout of the kitchen and dining area in relation to the family room. You can be in the kitchen and still be a part of the goings on in the family room. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the game room. She even tried her skill at a game of chess. The house was very clean and well maintained and it is located conveniently to shopping and restaurants. The property manager, Jennifer, was very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. We definitely look forward to visiting this property again
